It’s the budget airline but they’re in the fancier class. Considering that economy seats on some international flights cost $800+ it definitely sounds like a good deal to be in business class for that price.

I am flying with ZipAir next month. $1600 from LA to Tokyo in lie flat business class. Enjoyed the video! I dont mind having to order food, I think I prefer it because you can order as much or as little as you want.
Sadly, ZIPAIR doesn't fly out of Texas, otherwise I'd be booking a flight ASAP to go back to Japan. What you get for those prices looks worth it to me, especially that seat. Because I refuse to fly 19-20 hours sitting upright all the way again if I can help it.

Singapore to Japan….um…I don’t think this price is worthy cheap there. Think about this, you only fly within the continental (Asia). Therefore, the design of the flight is kind of overkill there. If this same flight design used on flying over another continental, such as flying from Asia to America, this will become the good deal then. But indeed, the design in the flight like this is outstanding, it can really make travelers relax if the flight time is long.
My guess is. Water is just water, it dosent need to be chilled it’s still drinkable! It’s just a little bit warm but I’m sure if you ask you could get some ice. They probably need more room for all the food they have on the plane with other stuff, for a first class plane we see a decent amount of food in the menu so probably they’re using all the cooler Spence for these food! Food should be kept cold especially shellfish so it dosent turn bad unlike water which is fine for weeks
Well, food has to be kept fresh after hours especially with seafood. Water is just water, while it’s kinda bleughh having a drink room temperature there’s no need to use space in the coolers for water. You can still drink it fine it’s just warm. Lol, but ehh mix feelings

Row 1A/1K is a narrower ottoman because the seat is so far forward in the aircraft, where the fuselage gets narrower. It's also a slightly smaller meal table. The other window seats have larger ottomans.

Wow, I've checked their prices for full-flat seats+food+23kg checked luggage+cabin baggage. I might just fly this in the future. If full-service airlines are charging about the same for an economy seat, I think this will be better. I don't really need service anyway. I think they booked the tickets pretty close to the dates they wanted to fly hence the price. I checked out the price, you could get a return trip for about the same as they paid for their first flight, including those add-ons I mentioned if you booked a later date.
As a North American this is one of those deals with the various appitizers where I buy the food, intentionally not look at what it is, eat it and THEN look at what I ate. My minds too set against ordering intestines & I'd never think to eat a gizzard alone like that , though I cook with them. The one thing I would have regretted was eating the octopus, not that they aren't delicious but they're so smart it's like eating a sentient being, though pigs are pretty smart & I've eaten a bunch of them. I've traveled all over Asia & I don't have food phobias, I've eaten some pretty funky things and loved them, but I do have biases in some things so I always appreciate it when someone local who I feel I can trust orders for me because I've had intestines for example here in the states and they were inedible and literally smelled a bit like poop.. so id probably shy away from ordering it, but if someone like the chef puts something in front of me & tells me I'll like it I will without hesitantation eat it. I enjoyed my zipair flight. The only thing that was difficult for me was the bathroom. Let's just say I had to get very creative to poop.
