My adult son and I are building this exact project! We just coated the bottom with two coats of epoxy and are about to turn it over to install the seats and rub rails. Neither of us have ever worked with epoxy and never been in charge of a boat build. I too have had some fun flipping the boat over, so I can totally relate to your solo effort. I will continue to keep up with you and wish you well! Plus I am also old (70)!
