When she’s fake crying, the word objection sounds like ‘cut’ to her and overruled is ‘action’.
The fact she instantly stops sobbing and hyperventilating to look at the judge when there’s an objection and goes straight back to it when it’s overruled speaks volumes to me. And not a single tear in sight.

Everyone's talking about lawyers, but I personally really like this judge, she's clearly inteligent and sensible. Even though the trial itself is ridiculous, she's doing her best to stay open-minded and be fair to both sides. I simply wish all judges were like this.

I listened to the recording last night on TH-cam channel 'Incredibly Average'. I think he's done a fantastic job. It's such a shame that this audio cannot be used in the defamation trial as it has voices of other people in it. For some legality issue, only audio with Johnny Depp and Amber 💩 can be used, which is ridiculous.

Our court system is so messed up. Why can't this be played in court???? It's not right and it is not fair???!!!!! I heard another audio clip where she SCREAMS at him, "YOU ALWAYS RUN AWAY FROM EVERY FIGHT!" If he is always running away.. How is he beating her? I seriously hope the jury can see through her lies.

What struck me is that she was supposedly slipping and sliding around in liquid mixed with glass, but at no time did she say she was cut by it. Weird.
she did, at one point in testimony say, her feet were either ‘cut up,’ or ‘sliced up’ “pretty good”. Who says that, if recalling something real and hence, shocking? It just sounds like pure fabrication. weird choice of words.
It's the... eh.. Bruce Willis effect from "Die Hard". You know, you walk bare feeted through broken glas, it bleeds a little bit dramatically for the scene but then the wounds vanishes in the next and you're totaly fine for the rest of the movie.
@@Olhamo also, there are no bloody footprints and no mention of dealing with said injuries in this video or in her testimony. I once cut my sole stepping on a sharp object and it was painful to walk for a few days. AH headed to the airport the very next day, I’m sure she would remember her feet hurting and rehash in detail for the jury.
I wondered that too... especially since "broken glass was everywhere"... and when she said he threw a bottle at her but it hit the chandelier...that room has high ceilings so he'd have to be a pretty terrible shot to hit a high chandelier instead of her body.

I been around stuff like this my whole life It's not new to me. She's playing it up for the camera. That audio is priceless! Everyone is asking the same question: If she recorded all the damage Johnny is supposed to have done to fixtures and fittings (most of which seem to be his own property) where are the pictures of the bruises and cuts from the ‘alleged’ abuse?
She doesn’t want Johnny, he doesn’t fit her image, but because she knows he is loved by so many, the idea that someone else may love him and he love them messes with her head!

OK, so in the audio she admits to just using adderall, xanax, hallucinogens and ecstasy. That's all, people. Johnny is hiding the coke from her. (last minute or so of the video). In court, she goes on about his addictions and drug use, and never admits to her own, trying to present herself as perfect.
She is accusing Johnny of the very things she did to him while pretending to be in Johnny's shoes saying all the abuse she inflicted on him was done to her.
She claimed Johnny tried to push her sister Whitney down the steps when it was actually her trying to do it.
She claims she will say she got 2 black eyes and a broken nose and busted lip a day before going the James Corden show. The witnesses who took their honeymoon photo showed the photo that shows Johnny had what looks like black eyes and a broken nose and swelling and the witness testified that it looked like he ran into a door or a door ran into him.
she also said she only knows about drugs because of her parents useage. What a fine upstanding citizen she is..throws her parents under the bus along with Johnny

Yeah she implied that it was JD who started the fight after taking several pills of MDMA I think. What to me screamed of deception was how Shen claimed to have hurt the soles of her feet pretty badly on the broken glass yet there are no bloody footprints, no records of her injuries being treated or even the fact that she would have trouble walking the next day on her way to the airport. Makes me so mad that she gets to make all these ridiculous claims. This audio should have been used in the trial. She even claimed that Johnny was the one to record this even though this recording was made because amber had left her phone in her bag and jerry judge even points it out.
I can't speak for everyone who has BPD, but being someone who was diagnosed with it (probably around 18 years old. I'm 34 now), I never tried to intentionally hurt people. It happened anyway because the surge of emotions were too intense and I didn't know how to control or better handle them, so I always felt enormous guilt, apologized, and tried to make it right. Things are better now and have been able to communicate more calmly and effectively instead of lashing out.
So many people have this idea that those with BPD are these sadistic psychos who get off on ruining people's lives. We're experiencing a roller coaster of normal emotions amped up to the extreme that come on too quickly (plus a constant fear of abandonment). It's terrifying and overwhelming and sometimes makes it hard to understand and deal with. I'm not on Amber's side, and believe that the dual diagnosis of BPD and HPD (histrionic personality disorder. I still think she may have narcissistic qualities/personality, too) possibly amps up the severity of her illness(es).
But wanted to clarify that not everyone with BPD is a monster.

You are right. Too few psychologists are really familiar with Narcissistic Personality Disorder, and it does share some traits wiht both BPD and HPD. I pin Amber as a Covert (aka Vulnerable) Narcissist, which would explain the sadistic behaviour.
