Also if you've ever seen what happens when someone punches a wall once, let alone repeatedly, as she claims he did you know he is either made of steel or didn't do it. And if you've ever known someone fair skinned (I am) you know that it doesn't take much to bruise so her claims of him repeatedly bashing her head into the wall, pulling her hair out, punching her, walking through glass and such couldn't possibly be true without someone at the very least noticing she's injured followed by some serious medical intervention including probable stitches and maybe surgery and at the very least pain management would be involved.

My wife did jury duty for a murder case and they excluded from evidence a damning voicemail from the deceased that would have almost certainly resulted in a conviction of the defendant due to the fact he was dead and could not verify it was himself.

As a D.V counselor, I have never heard any victim tell their story with so much theatrics. Too much detail. Real trauma is remembered in fragments not a narrative like that.

It is WRONG that this clip can't be included in the trial! This should be allowed to be included in the trial, I do understand that it is not allowed because of other individuals voices, I just don't understand why.
Can you imagine being on the jury and believing her story only to later go onto TH-cam and find all this other information that wasn't allowed to be admitted into evidence proving you were wrong? I would feel so awful.
The bad thing is, the jury are not allowed to investigate online which is horrible because there could be important information like this one that can help shed some light of what’s true.

Thank u! I am 45 years old and I went through this pretty bad as a teenager. I understand that a lot of people get triggered so people have “trigger warnings”. However, I never got triggered ever so I watch this and I got so triggered I cried and had skip 1/2 her testimony. What triggered me was the fact that no matter if it’s been 5 years or 30 years, if u have to revisit and talk about him slapping, kicking , kicking etc. u r gonna be balling crying!! PERIOD!!!! I DONT CARE HOW STRONG U R!!!! She only did the crying portion (or whatever that was) during the SA. I’m calling BS on that!!!

@@stardustgirl2904 I am fully supportive and speak up about it, but my relationship with a woman that said she enjoyed hurting men, was not nearly as bad and I can't remember her hitting me. Her weapon of choice was words and seeing the gleeful expression when she drew blood, figuratively, hurt all the more. Most of my experience with controlling manipulative abuse was either done directly or indirectly by my father. So I understand how devastating people like Amber are, and how impossible it can be to meet anyone who cares or even believes. My whole family was turned against me if for no other reason was he punished anyone he knew gave me any support. To be fair he was forced to because nobody else knew how evil I was.

I spent hours and hours watching testimonies in this case. I, like you, couldn't watch her testimony all the way through. I had to stop multiple times. Both as an actress and as a survivor, her performance disgusted me.

A lot of survivors feel this way. I’m a 40 year old woman and never had “abusive relationships” until I met the devil one day … he obviously had antisocial personality disorder (psychopathy) and was pure evil.. I don’t know how I survived. Listening to Amber makes me feel physically sick. I am still traumatised after all these years and I know what real trauma and PTSD look like - it doesn’t look anything like this. I’ve never been a fan or follower of any celebrity - let alone Johnny Depp, so my loyalties do not lie with either Johnny or Amber, but I can see what Amber is doing. I feel so sorry for male victims who’ve been through this and have been falsely accused - this must be so hard for them.

Someone made a great point on Twitter. She took photos of the mirrors in Australia, but didn't take a picture of all the "injuries" that were inflicted on her in the same mirror. She "conveniently" took pictures of mirrors without her reflection in them 🤔

I was physically and mentally abused by my ex-husband. You know what I NEVER did? I never antagonized him, never talked back, never hit him, never yelled at him, never threw anything at him. Why? Because I was scared to death of him. Amber is NOT scared of Johnny. As an abuse survivor, an advocate for abused women, I have no problem saying that I don’t believe her!!
I did yelled and fought back because i didnt want to see myself as a victime i even told the police at some point its gonna be me or him . I grew up in a toxic family environment. My abuser was my grandmother who raised me. She played victim because she was a tiny and short old woman. No one believed me because people don't want to believe women can be abusers. unfortunately legally he can’t. if he accidentally did something that he shouldn’t then he can get sued. he has to think of himself first to stay in the medical practice he is in.
Doctors and nurses are obligated by law to report domestic abuse. They probably testified differently and minimized things because that did not report the abuse to law enforcement and because of that they can lose their jobs.

Ideal with PTSD every day of my life I have been seeking psychiatric help since my late 20s I am now 66 I still cannot deal with a lot of what happened to me as a child so that makes me around 43 to 45 years I’ve been getting psychiatric help for it and on medication and have been locked in a mental institution her voice is too steady to stable practiced I think I really have to say ciao her tone does not change even though she tried to pretend to cry and just beside herself the tone of her voice did not change she is a liar because in real Therapy UVL you cry you become silent you become up it just is a menagerie of emotions she is not there she is a liar
I haven't been able to watch but clips here & there of her testimony. I watched Johnny's without issue. But to see her lie & manipulate & then the way she stares at Johnny trying to get eye contact with him reminds me of my own court hearings 17 years ago with my ex. I just can't do it.
@@Jasmine-ez5td But Bipolar and Borderline Personality Disorder are very different. A Bipolar person has longer periods of mood swings over weeks or months. Borderlines have mood swings over the course of mere minutes. There are also the symptoms of impulsivity and fear of abandonment that play a huge role in those mood swings as well, whereas with Bipolar it's a slower shift in neurochemistry without the other common traits of BPD. Bipolar is on the psychosis spectrum with Schizophrenia. Borderline Personality Disorder is a Cluster B personality disorder that overlaps with other personality disorders like Narcissistic, Histrionic, and Antisocial Personality Disorders, and has its own spectrum. Seroquel is an antipsychotic that acts on dopamine receptors, and since it is believed that dopamine dysfunction is involved in BPD, that is likely the reason why it works on BPD as well. To the best of my knowledge, there is no drug that can adequately treat BPD, but seroquel was likely given to calm her down so they could get her under control.

Amber‘s lawyers know about this tape. Therefore it is safe to conclude that they know Amber is lying and they’re representing her anyway. I really think people need to talk about this fact more.
It’s not that easy for a lawyer to withdraw mid litigation. The lawyer generally needs the Judges permission to drop a client once the case is filed in court. They probably believed her at first until all of these testimonies. If they didn’t believe her, then they are just doing it for the money.
And once you are in court representing a client, you have to do everything in your power to sway the jury to your side. Ironically, It’s against Lawyer “ethics” to not try your best, even if you find out your client is lying.
Dude this is lawyers' job. Lawyer can't just give away own client, furthermore lawyer doesn't have a right to do so. Criminals (that have done much worse things that amber has) have lawyers representing them too. This is how this whole system works.

It can't be because one of the parties can't verify his voice under oath, and that technicality could be used later in appeal to overturn a victory for Johnny. So, sadly, it's not good evidence for their case.

She can't help it. She has severe impulsivity control issues. She does things before she thinks about the consequences. That's a big part of BPD. It's a genetic mutation in people with BPD and ASPD that makes the gene expression around impulse control behaviors more plastic. Parenting style at critical stages of development can affect it one way or the other, but the underlying impulsivity will always be there. [Source: I'm a Neuroscientist and have read some research papers.] In her case, she's malignant and her impulsivity is off the charts. The meltdown she has afterwards is her realizing what she's done has gone too far and she can't go back in time to fix it to prevent people from thinking badly of her or avoid facing the consequences of her actions. My little sister has BPD and I remember when she was little, we'd hear a big CRASH from the other side of the house immediately followed by "Please don't spank me!!" She wasn't able to learn how to think first before she acted. It was beyond her comprehension. She just kept doing that over and over again. This is Amber's version of crash and 'please don't spank me!'

The "Malignant Narcissists" actually can feel 3 types of empathy : Emotional, Cognitive, and Motor. When a Narcissist is capable of all 3 it makes them a very dangerous person to be in a relationship with. The Narcissist can learn empathy as an adults with a psychologist but it takes time & want on their part, which as we know doesn't often happen. Same do feel Empathy on their own but usually they are using mimicry and emulating empathy as they see others do. In fact someNarcissists do feel Empathy but don't show it because it will make them appear weak so they hide it.

So true! I've been following this case for a long time, and I foolishly assumed that these witnesses would gladly stand up and defend an innocent man. So many of these people are either covering their own butt or just don't want to be involved. I can't understand that. It's a pain in the butt, I know, but is that anything compared to what Johnny had been put through? It's just sad.

The more I learn about the justice system the more frustrated and disheartened I become. It's not about justice at all, lawyers are expected to be openly dishonest, manipulative, intimidating, etc. just to get their client off, knowing full well they're guilty. Its business, like everything else in the world, not justice. Critical evidence isn't allowed into trials because of bs technicalities and scheming from one side or another. I know law is incredibly complicated and there must be reasons things were set up this way, butbthere HAS to be a better way

I think many are like me. I didn't pay much attention to anything about this over the years. I didn't know who to believe and I wasn't even going to watch the trial. But when Joe Rogan talked about the turd part on his podcast, I started watching everything I'd missed, and listening to the trial thru TH-cam. And now, in two days, Amber has been able to make me absolutely find her an awful person, a liar, and she makes me hate her everytime she opens her mouth, I have to keep turning it off. I understand living with an alcoholic spouse who can get verbally mean/abusive(not physical, thank God) when falling off the wagon, and some of her story I believe, but most of it I don't. bc of those I know of who have experienced SA and DV from their spouse, and from what I've experienced, she talks and accuses like the one who is being mean and violent and manipulative and gaslighting

When Amber testified about Australia, she went on a monologue for over 30 minutes! No questions from her lawyers! I was listening to her sob and cry, and break down, yet her lawyers never stepped in and tried to ask another question and guide her through her testimony. I couldn't understand it. It is unethical for a lawyer to present false testimony. Many criminal defense attorneys get into that predicament, and there two ways you handle it. First, of course, is you can withdraw. But that's impossible during a trial. So the second option is you have the client testify as a narrative where you don't ask them questions. You just let them tell their lies, but you don't participate. That's what I thought was happening during Amber's testimony.

I'm a survivor of DV, walked on egg shells on a daily basis. Watching her trying to react to the memory of a DV incident is demeaning, she has no idea because she never lived it. We never forget and relive it.
I am as well and I agree with you. JD is 100% her DV/DA target. He can't be blamed for any of his behavoir in response to her treatment of him. But I do think AH lived through something horrible with her dad in her childhood (strange that they are close now though) and as an adult, and by the time she got to Tosha and then Johnny, something got grossly twisted in her mind where she is confusing, mirroring, and projecting past traumas into her current relationships. It's like a horrible psychosis. Maybe that is where the confusion lies in the two doctors analysis. The second one made her determinations based on childhood trauma. I belive Dr. Curry's assessment of her in that she has BPD and HPD is more accurate but I'm no pro. Tie in narcissism , a bit of sociopathic tendancies (has no remorse for the hurt she causes) and compulsive lying disorder and that's Amber. Shes a very sick person. I dont believe that is any excuse to treat a person so badly, as long as you know the difference between right and wrong, as she did with JD, but it is possible that her sense of reality and social cues/perceptions are completely warped. If the doctors didnt find any of those other signs, then she is entirely culpable.
I am too a victim right before my ex died of throat cancer I called him in the hospital and told him I forgave him for everything he had done to me. I felt that was the right thing to do, Jesus died for our sins and we were forgiven so I wanted to forgive.

I love how she’s “claiming” on the stand that she didn’t know what happened to Johnny’s finger until the next day, “claims” that she took a sleeping pill and yet here is more proof that she is nothing but a liar! The inconsistency I caught in that incident is the fact that she says she sliced p the bottom of her feet, not only are there not bloody footsteps only drips and smears from JD’s finger but she doesn’t mention the wounds or how uncomfortable it’d be to walk the next day on her way to the airport. I’m sure she would add that in to convey how bad her injuries were. I stepped on glass once, it was painful to walk for several days.

@@Cairovalerius It isn't. I've seen the quotes people have found too, the testimony does not match. Somebody just pulled quotes from the movie and claimed without any evidence that Amber said them. All of her testimony is online, yet not a single person has been able to present video of her saying what was said in the Ripley movie. They post screenshots of quotes, but I've watched her testimony in full multiple times looking for her actual saying what they claim she said. She did not. I suggest you look for that too and when you can't find it I presume you'll change your mind.
The pictures of her “injuries” that I saw from court seem to be all taken at home in poor lighting. No swelling, no hematomas, no ring imprints, no blood vessels broken in the eyes, no cuts. If she took the beating she described I think they would have hauled her out on a gurney to a hospital. She had support and resources to get out if she was being abused-many women have nothing. This seems very disrespectful to men and women who have had the crap beaten out of them. I think JD has his own issues, but I hope he gets justice in this case.

It also made me furious when her lawyer made a statement saying "if he was the one who was abused why did he always apologize?:. Are you kidding me? Abusers are very good at gaslighting their victims and making them believe it is all their fault what happens to them. I have been punched, kicked, headbutted, bit, hit with objects, chased with a knife and somehow I was made to feel like it was all my fault. I am not a victim and I even know about gaslighting. Not much gets out about abuse stories these days to the general public. I did have an abusive ex but I got rid of her way before it got this far. They are almost always sick in the head as we saw Ms. Heard had severe mental conditions. On top of that not eating or sleeping and drug use creates maniacs basically. Sorry to hear you went through that but whatever does not kill you makes you stronger. You learn a lot and eventually are better for it after much healing and growth emotionally. It can be hard to trust after that but find someone you can trust and rely upon. Hard these days but there are still good people out there.

@@wretchelttv That isn't the reason. It's not allowed because they agreed before the case that only audio containing only JD and AH is allowed as evidence. This is why she is spouting such crap on the stand because she knows the clips that prove to everyone she is full of it are inadmissible. The only way around it is if she messes up and says something about them that can be taken as testimony and then they can ask the judge if she will allow it to be submitted. Sadly I doubt AH team is stupid enough to let her say anything like that even though they know she is full of shit.

Also if you've ever seen what happens when someone punches a wall once, let alone repeatedly, as she claims he did you know he is either made of steel or didn't do it. And if you've ever known someone fair skinned (I am) you know that it doesn't take much to bruise so her claims of him repeatedly bashing her head into the wall, pulling her hair out, punching her, walking through glass and such couldn't possibly be true without someone at the very least noticing she's injured followed by some serious medical intervention including probable stitches and maybe surgery and at the very least pain management would be involved.

My wife did jury duty for a murder case and they excluded from evidence a damning voicemail from the deceased that would have almost certainly resulted in a conviction of the defendant due to the fact he was dead and could not verify it was himself.

As a D.V counselor, I have never heard any victim tell their story with so much theatrics. Too much detail. Real trauma is remembered in fragments not a narrative like that.

Thank u! I am 45 years old and I went through this pretty bad as a teenager. I understand that a lot of people get triggered so people have “trigger warnings”. However, I never got triggered ever so I watch this and I got so triggered I cried and had skip 1/2 her testimony. What triggered me was the fact that no matter if it’s been 5 years or 30 years, if u have to revisit and talk about him slapping, kicking , kicking etc. u r gonna be balling crying!! PERIOD!!!! I DONT CARE HOW STRONG U R!!!! She only did the crying portion (or whatever that was) during the SA. I’m calling BS on that!!!

@@stardustgirl2904 I am fully supportive and speak up about it, but my relationship with a woman that said she enjoyed hurting men, was not nearly as bad and I can't remember her hitting me. Her weapon of choice was words and seeing the gleeful expression when she drew blood, figuratively, hurt all the more. Most of my experience with controlling manipulative abuse was either done directly or indirectly by my father. So I understand how devastating people like Amber are, and how impossible it can be to meet anyone who cares or even believes. My whole family was turned against me if for no other reason was he punished anyone he knew gave me any support. To be fair he was forced to because nobody else knew how evil I was.
This made me cry. I was in an abusive relationship and AH has been triggering my anxiety with her testimony. She makes me feel physically sick.

A lot of survivors feel this way. I’m a 40 year old woman and never had “abusive relationships” until I met the devil one day … he obviously had antisocial personality disorder (psychopathy) and was pure evil.. I don’t know how I survived. Listening to Amber makes me feel physically sick. I am still traumatised after all these years and I know what real trauma and PTSD look like - it doesn’t look anything like this. I’ve never been a fan or follower of any celebrity - let alone Johnny Depp, so my loyalties do not lie with either Johnny or Amber, but I can see what Amber is doing. I feel so sorry for male victims who’ve been through this and have been falsely accused - this must be so hard for them.
When she repeatedly said how she wanted to find the man she fell in love with, I was like what? True survivors of DV, its starts with confusion, fear, resentment and eventually they make our skin crawl. We stay for other reasons, love and respect have long gone.

Doctors and nurses are obligated by law to report domestic abuse. They probably testified differently and minimized things because that did not report the abuse to law enforcement and because of that they can lose their jobs.

Borderlines have mood swings over the course of mere minutes. There are also the symptoms of impulsivity and fear of abandonment that play a huge role in those mood swings as well, whereas with Bipolar it's a slower shift in neurochemistry without the other common traits of BPD. Bipolar is on the psychosis spectrum with Schizophrenia. It’s not that easy for a lawyer to withdraw mid litigation. The lawyer generally needs the Judges permission to drop a client once the case is filed in court. They probably believed her at first until all of these testimonies.

She can't help it. She has severe impulsivity control issues. She does things before she thinks about the consequences. That's a big part of BPD. It's a genetic mutation in people with BPD and ASPD that makes the gene expression around impulse control behaviors more plastic. Parenting style at critical stages of development can affect it one way or the other, but the underlying impulsivity will always be there. [Source: I'm a Neuroscientist and have read some research papers.] In her case, she's malignant and her impulsivity is off the charts. The meltdown she has afterwards is her realizing what she's done has gone too far and she can't go back in time to fix it to prevent people from thinking badly of her or avoid facing the consequences of her actions. My little sister has BPD and I remember when she was little, we'd hear a big CRASH from the other side of the house immediately followed by "Please don't spank me!!" She wasn't able to learn how to think first before she acted. It was beyond her comprehension. She just kept doing that over and over again. This is Amber's version of crash and 'please don't spank me!'

The "Malignant Narcissists" actually can feel 3 types of empathy : Emotional, Cognitive, and Motor. When a Narcissist is capable of all 3 it makes them a very dangerous person to be in a relationship with. The Narcissist can learn empathy as an adults with a psychologist but it takes time & want on their part, which as we know doesn't often happen. Same do feel Empathy on their own but usually they are using mimicry and emulating empathy as they see others do. In fact someNarcissists do feel Empathy but don't show it because it will make them appear weak so they hide it.

The more I learn about the justice system the more frustrated and disheartened I become. It's not about justice at all, lawyers are expected to be openly dishonest, manipulative, intimidating, etc. just to get their client off, knowing full well they're guilty. Its business, like everything else in the world, not justice. Critical evidence isn't allowed into trials because of bs technicalities and scheming from one side or another.

I think many are like me. I didn't pay much attention to anything about this over the years. I didn't know who to believe and I wasn't even going to watch the trial. But when Joe Rogan talked about the turd part on his podcast, I started watching everything I'd missed, and listening to the trial thru TH-cam. And now, in two days, Amber has been able to make me absolutely find her an awful person, a liar, and she makes me hate her everytime she opens her mouth, I have to keep turning it off. I understand living with an alcoholic spouse who can get verbally mean/abusive(not physical, thank God) when falling off the wagon, and some of her story I believe, but most of it I don't. bc of those I know of who have experienced SA and DV from their spouse, and from what I've experienced, she talks and accuses like the one who is being mean and violent and manipulative and gaslighting

It is not like her team haven't been bending the rules even to the point of literally arguing with the judge and dropping your honour whilst doing so.

When Amber testified about Australia, she went on a monologue for over 30 minutes! No questions from her lawyers! I was listening to her sob and cry, and break down, yet her lawyers never stepped in and tried to ask another question and guide her through her testimony. I couldn't understand it.
It is unethical for a lawyer to present false testimony. Many criminal defense attorneys get into that predicament, and there two ways you handle it. First, of course, is you can withdraw. But that's impossible during a trial. So the second option is you have the client testify as a narrative where you don't ask them questions. You just let them tell their lies, but you don't participate. That's what I thought was happening during Amber's testimony.
her lawyers are inept thankfully... and Johnny's lawyers allowed it because theyre giving her rope and shes hanging herself with it.. the more she talks the more lies they can disprove come out... theyre gonna clean the floor with her on cross

They can still bring it up during the cross examination, but they can't take the account of everyone else.

I'm a survivor of DV, walked on egg shells on a daily basis. Watching her trying to react to the memory of a DV incident is demeaning, she has no idea because she never lived it. We never forget and relive it.

I am as well and I agree with you. JD is 100% her DV/DA target. He can't be blamed for any of his behavoir in response to her treatment of him. But I do think AH lived through something horrible with her dad in her childhood (strange that they are close now though) and as an adult, and by the time she got to Tosha and then Johnny, something got grossly twisted in her mind where she is confusing, mirroring, and projecting past traumas into her current relationships. It's like a horrible psychosis. Maybe that is where the confusion lies in the two doctors analysis. The second one made her determinations based on childhood trauma. I belive Dr. Curry's assessment of her in that she has BPD and HPD is more accurate but I'm no pro. Tie in narcissism , a bit of sociopathic tendancies (has no remorse for the hurt she causes) and compulsive lying disorder and that's Amber. Shes a very sick person. I dont believe that is any excuse to treat a person so badly, as long as you know the difference between right and wrong, as she did with JD, but it is possible that her sense of reality and social cues/perceptions are completely warped. If the doctors didnt find any of those other signs, then she is entirely culpable.
I am too a victim right before my ex died of throat cancer I called him in the hospital and told him I forgave him for everything he had done to me. I felt that was the right thing to do, Jesus died for our sins and we were forgiven so I wanted to forgive.

I love how she’s “claiming” on the stand that she didn’t know what happened to Johnny’s finger until the next day, “claims” that she took a sleeping pill and yet here is more proof that she is nothing but a liar! Which we all knew already. Can’t wait until his team can tear apart her lies and shows the truth.
The inconsistency I caught in that incident is the fact that she says she sliced p the bottom of her feet, not only are there not bloody footsteps only drips and smears from JD’s finger but she doesn’t mention the wounds or how uncomfortable it’d be to walk the next day on her way to the airport. I’m sure she would add that in to convey how bad her injuries were. I stepped on glass once, it was painful to walk for several days.
People who live with abusers don't take sleeping pills ever.
I am so incredibly disgusted by this woman. After the DV I and my kids suffered to watch a woman do this is vile! It makes those of us who have truly been through it look like we are jokes and now wonder if we will be believed.

I got away with my 5 young children from a very abusive and controlling marriage 17 years ago and still can't remember so much of the beatings and even why it started how dare this fraud tell us how a victim feels she has no idea I cried after so many years thinking of my time in marriage

The fact that there’s proof that she’s been quoting movies etc. should be enough to end her, if they confront her about it. That, coupled with her insanely bad acting, will show if the judge and jury are legit or not. Because if they believe her and let her win, with that plus all evidence against her, then clearly it’s been tampered with and people been payed off to lie.

@@Cairovalerius It isn't. I've seen the quotes people have found too, the testimony does not match. Somebody just pulled quotes from the movie and claimed without any evidence that Amber said them. All of her testimony is online, yet not a single person has been able to present video of her saying what was said in the Ripley movie. They post screenshots of quotes, but I've watched her testimony in full multiple times looking for her actual saying what they claim she said. She did not. I suggest you look for that too and when you can't find it I presume you'll change your mind.
Crazy how this can’t be shown in court!
The pictures of her “injuries” that I saw from court seem to be all taken at home in poor lighting. No swelling, no hematomas, no ring imprints, no blood vessels broken in the eyes, no cuts. If she took the beating she described I think they would have hauled her out on a gurney to a hospital. She had support and resources to get out if she was being abused-many women have nothing. This seems very disrespectful to men and women who have had the crap beaten out of them. I think JD has his own issues, but I hope he gets justice in this case.

All the repeated grabbing her by the throat and pinning her against the wall. By her throat. Claims of choking..BUT, not a single mark on her throat or neck. My neck had permanent damage was weakened in structure and later required surgery.

Also he admitted to writing those messages on the mirror In his own blood after his fingertip was cut. And the jury will probably ask themselves "How likely is it for a victim of a severe attack and they get mutilated, to turn around and write epithets on a mirror instead of immediately fleeing the scene of the crime."?

When they asked if she ever told anyone about the abuse she said her therapist and her mom. Her mom died in 2020 and for the therapist there's confidentiality smh

I can not get past her splitting hairs and minimizing her behavior, "I didn't punch you I hit you", I know there are many of us who've lived with a narcissist, who've had their life and minds damaged and turned inside-out by the gaslighting, this is absolutely textbook.
I know how a toxic relationship burns out, and that nobody comes out innocent, but the second one person hits the other it becomes more than just toxic, it becomes physical abuse.

She's horrific. I am very much looking forward to his lawyers questioning her. I've heard some of the tapes. So much of what she's said have been lies. When people lie about domestic violence ot makes it that much harder for real victims.

It wasn't as clever as they think. It gave JD's team time to go thru her testimony with a fine tooth comb, find contradictory evidence. Also have Dr. Curry review it to see what triggers her. Get them to zero in on what makes her angry.

It also made me furious when her lawyer made a statement saying "if he was the one who was abused why did he always apologize?:. Are you kidding me? Abusers are very good at gaslighting their victims and making them believe it is all their fault what happens to them. I have been punched, kicked, headbutted, bit, hit with objects, chased with a knife and somehow I was made to feel like it was all my fault. I know it is her lawyers job to defend her but that statement just made me hate the lawyer almost as much as her...
You've been dealing with a classic narcissist. Look into it if you haven't already hopefully you'll find some answers and it can help you cope with it. Also I hope you walked away or planning on doing it as soon as possible
I am not a victim and I even know about gaslighting. Not much gets out about abuse stories these days to the general public. I did have an abusive ex but I got rid of her way before it got this far. They are almost always sick in the head as we saw Ms. Heard had severe mental conditions. On top of that not eating or sleeping and drug use creates maniacs basically.
Sorry to hear you went through that but whatever does not kill you makes you stronger. You learn a lot and eventually are better for it after much healing and growth emotionally. It can be hard to trust after that but find someone you can trust and rely upon. Hard these days but there are still good people out there.

Because she alleges that he was the one who started the recording, on her phone, without her knowledge or permission.
@@wretchelttv That isn't the reason. It's not allowed because they agreed before the case that only audio containing only JD and AH is allowed as evidence. This is why she is spouting such crap on the stand because she knows the clips that prove to everyone she is full of it are inadmissible.
The only way around it is if she messes up and says something about them that can be taken as testimony and then they can ask the judge if she will allow it to be submitted.
Sadly I doubt AH team is stupid enough to let her say anything like that even though they know she is full of shit.
