Awesome Video man. I just have one question: Is there any way to replace Northing with the names of vertical gridlines and Easting with horizontal grid lines? That way, you could just use the grid intersection to place the piles.
How do you get it to plot the various diameters of the piles without splitting up the lists in Dynamo? i.e. I have 610mm Piles and 510mm Piles but for some reason the pile family won't recognise the pile diameter script and just plots in the piles with the generic diameter it was created with, 600mm. Is it a constraining issue? For some reason I don't think I can get the extrusion circle to constrain to the reference planes.
Is it possible to push information back into excel, too? For example, it might be easier to set piles our in Revit and drive depths and other metadata from excel.
millions thanks help a lot i do it the same whit the lighting fixture, but my only problem is the level i cant change , i am going to prove with set parameter, but i am not sure . have you en idea?
The Dynamo script didn't drive my pile depths or pile diameters... I used a parametric revit family pile that I made, but it just used the base dimensions I used to create it rather than driving from dynamo/excel
This is what i been looking for.
Thank you so much for the great video!
Thanks for the great video!

Great video. However, I faced a problem. Only 1 pile can be seen from my revit model. Any suggestions?

Hi, where did you get the SC and EC code? where is your reference for that. Thanks
HI Amel, This was created with a code block. To create a Code Block in Dynamo, double-Click in the canvas.
Nice..
i have only one confusion for example how i grab this northing and easting information.
