The way you both talk about retirement is not only inspiring but also incredibly motivating. You break things down in a way that’s easy to understand and make planning for the future feel achievable instead of overwhelming. Your energy and passion for teaching really shine through in every video. And love the honesty!

Everyone needs their own space sometimes. We both have our separate priorities in life but that’s okay because we make it work. I don’t think we could move that far from family but I would enjoy that warm Florida sunshine in the winter months.

You guys are hilarious! I know you’re serious about these issues but I also know you will work through everything and find your happily ever after! But in the meantime you are quite funny to watch. I know! I have a sick sense of humor. Maybe some day you’ll look back and watch and see what I mean. 😅 Best wishes for a speedy resolution!

Oh my gosh! This is so timely! My hubs and I are going through something similar right now. Argh! 7 months into retirement and we're both on each other's nerves! Yes! Need to keep some of our separate/independent activities.

Great advice. I’m about to go part time next week and we’ll be spending a lot of time together. I am nervous but your advice helps me think it can work.

We're anticipating retirement. He can't wait because he hates his job. I love my job and I'm worried about losing autonomy... I mean, I know that I can assert myself and do what I want to do, but I'm used to having a certain amount of time every week that I am 100% in charge of. That's going to change and I'm worried about how well I'm going to handle it.
