thanks for sacrificing your vacation to give us this look behind the scenes 😉 nice old machinery, great to see it in use thanks for all the effort you and your team puts into your content, got a lot of entertainment and knowledge out of it, totally worth the membership 😉😅 happy holidays to you, Chris and the rest of the team kommt gut rüber ins Neue Jahr
hahah thank you for watching! :D Old stuff usually, at least with the big boy machines, works better for me since it doesnt break as soon as you sneeze on it. Happy you like the membership :) We really try to do our best Happy Holidays! Und frohes neues :)
Thanks for all the videos this year, can’t wait to see what you all produce and share with us in 2025. Hope to see you in Atlanta for their blade show!
I have wood envy...... My personal stash is completely empty at this point except for two blocks of Koa..... I am rather sad about it..... Also, I am pretty jealous of the box storage. All of mine are in a stack behind my chair in my finishing room. I have been meaning to buy shelves for them, but until recently, I kept buying wood instead.
Nice place Good thing you mentioned Damascus blanks soon to be available...cuz I want one..lol..BB's..remember?? Have a great New Year guys!!!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Thank you for showing us your shop and all the cool equipment over the Christmas holiday! That large 72- ton machine next to your rolling mill is usually called a "punch press" here in the US.
Way to wrap up the year! I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t even a little bit jealous but you grew up doing it. Your family has a great setup. Merry Christmas and have a great new year
@ Trust me I’m not being negative, you should be proud of it. I wanted to make knives when I was a kid. We had 2 coal forges and 2 anvils, Dad said hell no you’ll get into trouble! After that he never lit the forges again. 40 years later I started making a few knives for fun😁
@@justingoodman5600 sorry, i am used to "Your dad did everything and you didnt do shit" from so many people that i automatically assumed you meant this. :'D Knives are fun, knifemaking is fun, dont we all just want to have a lil fun? :D
That Beche looks very different to other Beche's I've seen. With the number of blows per minute and what looks like a short ram stroke and large spacing between the main body and the forging area I'm wondering if it's specifically designed for forging large plates rather than general blacksmithing (breaking down billets, punching etc). It's a very cool machine and makes a perfect blade forging hammer.
@@MartinHuber_Knives Except I seen some EDC's hanging on the wall. None on the website and no T shirts either. This is like working with my brothers kids...🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
thank you for showing your workshop!! What would I give if I had at least 1/10 of your space 😂😂😂 I work in 12 square meters and I have stuff everywhere 😂😂😂
Was a damn great youtube and overall year with martin huber knives 🥰 keep up the great work bro 💪🏻 cant wait for the cool projects of 2025🙌🏻 lets start it with a banger😏
Geile Hütte, will auch sowas... 😞 Ich arbeite in ner kleinen, unbeheizten Garage und muss im Winter aufpassen, das ich nicht an den Bandschleifer anfriere 🥶

I can already imagine Albert watching this and questioning "how the hell can a knifemaker shop exist without 14 power hammers"
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
An enviable shop for sure!

As I understand it Baker Forge and Tool will soon be stocking the rolling mill from Tobin. I love a good shop tour...
Thanks buddy!
A good Shoptour is never a bad thing i'd say :)

Warum muss man denn in Österreich in Englisch kommunizieren????
Weil die ganze Welt kein Deutsch spricht???
Nichtmal 10% meiner Follower sprechen Deutsch, wäre dann komplett sinnlos Deutsch zu sprechen.
You could forge a longsword😏🙄
possible 😄
:*
What price range are you thinking of for your Damascus blanks ? I am jealous of your work shop it makes my blacksmith area look amateur 🫣😭
Depending on the size :)
