A few things: 1. A perfect combination of information and entertainment. It's funny, yet you don't compromise on the informational value by just shoving a joke in there. 2. Thx for the mentions. Reminds me to make another integral ^^. 3. How did it get so dark, that fast!? 😂
@@kamon_knives absolutely 👍🏻 Thanks for putting your trust in me back then and I look forward to seeing the anniversary integral 😜👍🏻 Winter is coming 🥶
@@MartinHuber_Knives That’s awesome but a change of topic. Have you ever thought about doing the TH-cam Knifemakers Challenges? I know they’re one off projects but a lot of people watch the videos, get some more viewers. Plus you guys do amazing work and are creative. Also they usually sell for good prices. Just my opinion 😁
I really appreciate the information from this video. It's nice to see "how the sausage is made," so to speak. As a maker, I feel like this end of the business is never really talked about, almost like it's a dirty secret. I find that attitude rather silly, as most of us don't do this just for a warm fuzzy feeling. So, thank you for being so open with this side of things!
Super cool video, I've never seen any maker really sit down with the actual sales end at this level. I think He's correct that doing a sort of I want this and this and this in the piece and I know the cost. I feel like most people would do the same as him in the beginning, and save up before making a purchase of the class of work you do. I know a lot of makers can do this if contacted directly but having a few months to save up saves face from calling and saying i need a couple months of the hustle to put it together. So as always you're leading the customer to what they need, not just picking out what looks cool...Just my thoughts... 🤣🤣🤣
Ahah just watching it now you taking about the collaboration knives the full tang blade you and Ben did I was the one go get the one out of modern cooking 🤣 that made me smile when I realised I had the blade in my collection
Biznez must be booming, if you can employ a BeerBoi! On another note: what doesn't Johannes do? he brings cold beverages, "polishes" things behind heavy machinery, cowers under tables... the list goes on and on

You definitely gave me some things to think about for my journey as a maker.
I hope, for the better? :D

Well Johannes is a great example of a "Paid actor"
he does what he's told and that works out fine!
If I am a "paid actor", where is the f***ing money lebowski??!?
Cool👍👌
