Practice Nurse here 👋🏻. If you’ve got the NHS app, ask your GP practice to ‘enable lab results’ on the app. They can do it straight away. That way you can read all of your blood results when they are uploaded onto your health record x
@@BuddyLove-tc2oo Hello, do you know if they do this in Scotland? My friends in England have the app and I’m jealous but I need to ring my GP and see if they do it up here because I’m far too nosey I want to know everything lol 😂🩷
If anyone is watching this feeling lost with their weight loss journey, look into fasting. I’ve lost 40lbs in 14 weeks doing OMAD and eating 800-1000 calories a day, high protein, low carb, with occasional cheat days of 1500-2000 etc… there’s no “one way” to lose weight, drugs can help you achieve your goals, but so can fasting and learning how to tap into your fat burning mode. Fat is just extra energy waiting to be used! You’re body is amazing, fasting 18-20 hours allowed your body to use that fat as energy while you’re not consuming anything, plus it has amazing health benefits :)
The back brace belt helps me during exercise its like a support belt, also a salt bath helps me woth a sore back muscle, also a heat pad helps u just stick on for 8hr during your day for example.Try them out.
That's fantastic! I have been rooting for you since the beginning and can say that you have helped to keep me inspired. I am 61yo, SW 358, current 341, W5D6, 2.5mg compound tirzepatide. Look forward to all your updates and can't wait to see your next video. 🌹🤗
@@lmktacwa Thank you, that’s really lovely 🥰 It’s nice to see people who have been following me since the beginning, hope I haven’t got more boring aha 🤔💓
Going great, Aimee! I'm one week ahead of you - week 17 & 20KG (43lbs) down! Getting an expensive (paying it off or I'd never be able to afford it!) new weight loss/rehab tool this week - it'll be my first ever unboxing just a bit excited! No goal weight either but lighter is better for joints - whatever weight I feel the fittest, strongest and healthiest!
@@nottherealmccoy4955 That’s amazing! What have you bought? I’ve noticed a massive difference in the way my clothes fit which is keeping me going as well! ✨
Because your weight loss has been so rapid, I would check your body fat %. Focusing on that and strength training will help build the physique you’re looking for, not just the weight!
@@Ife17 I checked on a machine at the gym the other day for the first time and it said my body fat is 34% and muscle 36% which I think is quite bad lol (not sure what your muscle % is meant to be) 🤔
@@AimeeMayMJ Ideally for women it’s supposed to be between 20- 30 %. Previously mine was similar I was loosing weight but it wasn’t going down at 35%. So I reduced cardio and focused on weight training. Then the body fat was dropping! Now down to 29%, the mounjaro makes it soo easy to eat in a deficit. So I focus on mostly lifting 4/5 times a week and prioritising rest! For the first time I see can muscle definition, it’s been really exciting ☺️
Honestly try a chiropractor for your back! It was expensive but literally 5 sessions and the pain that had been agonising me for months totally vanished. I'm so surprised it's not offered instead of physiotherapy on NHS xx

Also, congratulations on your weight loss so far! Oh, and google ‘Smart BMI’. It’s much more modern and realistic than the normal BMI scale x

I love this young lady, so refreshingly honest and open.
Started my own journey just today and watched a load of your videos beforehand.
Hello, I hope it’s going well! It’s really daunting at first but it helps to have a community of people who are going through similar experiences! ✨
