      There is no tourist visa requirement entering Canada as long as you travel using a valid U.S. passport the same way there is no tourist visa requirement entering USA when using a valid Canadian passport.
      Tourist visa becomes mandatory when you plan on staying in Canada or USA respectively for more than 180 days.

    Aren't radar detectors illegal in Ontario?

    • @realMAGAcanadian
      @realMAGAcanadian  4 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      Correct, exclusively for revenue reasons as RDs are all legal in BC, AB, SK and 49 out of 50 states!
      Smoking POT is also illegal in your car whether in motion or not but a huge number of young people don't care about that and so far being POT-impaired is not a priority for Toronto Police and maybe other Canadian police forces as well.

      @random tv 1 Radar detectors LEGAL in BC, AB, SK and 49 out of 50 US states.
      The one and only reason they are still illegal in Ontario is, one word: REVENUE (for the Ontario govt including local municipalities that rely heavily on ANY form of media-protected cash-grab policies in order to pay for the extremely expensive social programs these govts are always proud of).
      Other sources of govt revenue: lowering speed limits and using photo radar under the umbrella of public safety and "save the children" mantra similar to the other left-wing hoaxes, climate change and banning legally-owned firearms from law-abiding Canadian citizens.
      In the meantime, POT-stinkin' addiction is now legal!
      Happy new year.

      @@realMAGAcanadian I understand that your reply is approximately one year old, but it was still inaccurate (even for a year ago). You can also purchase stealth RD's with excellent range by either Radenso or Uniden. I've had both the Radenso Pro M & then I sold it for my current Uniden R7. The pigs here in Ontario are now using LIDAR more and more though. I got busted six months ago, and on the ticket note(s), there was a section where it said something to the effect that the officer is a certified LIDAR user.
