Watching this because I'm going to apply to a certain BPO company. I just hope that I will still have the confidence that I have now through listening to your tips, since my courage would always gradually scatter when I'm faced with an interviewer.
I just graduated last July this year and as of now I am unemployed. That's why I am looking for job opportunities and being a call center agent is one of the jobs that I want to try. I really hope that I'll land a job in the bpo industry. I've been doing a lot of research about it and your channel helps me a lot. I just want to thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience. Right now, I am doing my interviews. It's quite hard especially knowing that the other applicants have like 5-10 years of experience while I have zero. :'( All I can do is hope and pray that I will be given a chance. Thanks again 💓

the out-of-the-box questions are both tricky and defocusing, one time the interviewer asked me if I believed in ghosts, and then I proceeded to tell him stories I'd heard on TH-cam about haunted houses, and of course he caught me off guard and I got nervous but did my best to play it off 😂

Hi, mayroon po ba kayong tip paano intindihin 'yung mga callers na parang nilalamon ang mga sinasabi? Pati na rin yung mga sobrang malabo ang boses at sobrang "slang"? Do'n ako hirap na hirap e. Those calls where I already requested the caller to speak slowly and clearly, and find a spot with a better reception, but the caller's natural way of speaking is really just hard to understand-I'm struggling so much in this. Please make a video about this. I know I'm not the only one who struggles understanding these types of calls.

Hi, mayroon po ba kayong tip paano intindihin 'yung mga callers na parang nilalamon ang mga sinasabi? Pati na rin yung mga sobrang malabo ang boses at sobrang "slang"? Do'n ako hirap na hirap e.
Those calls where I already requested the caller to speak slowly and clearly, and find a spot with a better reception, but the caller's natural way of speaking is really just hard to understand-I'm struggling so much in this.
Please make a video about this. I know I'm not the only one who struggles understanding these types of calls.
