Being a TH-camr is all about finding that winning combination and key to success. It's same like running your own business. You should upload things people want to see, just like businessman should offer product/service that people need. And when the growth becomes real, you can consider hiring people to help you run your channel more efficiently. The most difficult part is starting and growing of course, but consistency and hard work (with a little bit of Famester of course to help) will always pay off at the end. For me it’s all about doing something I love. We would love to have enough success to do it for a living. But we don’t have our mindset on fame. If anything that was an argument against our channel. I’ve had other channels with not massive success but if they started getting views I would get scared and delete or private the videos. 😂 it’s true. I don’t want to be huge. But having a modest community that at least helps facilitate our hobby, or facilitates us doing it full time I would be extremely grateful.

I drive truck for a living, I like listening to this kind of content while driving. It's more mentality engaging than music and makes me feel like I'm learning or multitasking while driving. I also find these videos great to fall asleep too.

Honestly, if you want to hear stories of difficult times and sadness, talk to any of the 99% of channels that have yet to make it. Aperture got picked up by the algorithm only 4 months after posting his first video, which is insanely lucky. But then he walked away, came back 7 months later, and posted another video...which ALSO got picked up by the algorithm. The sheer amount of luck involved in that cannot be understated. I like this channel too, but you can't ignore the insane amount of luck he's experienced. His story sounds like the universe was just waiting for him to take any small action so that it could make sure things fell into place and worked out.
I fall asleep to video, this channel is one of those. Listening to the right scence channel helps me relax and sleep, I feel Iistsn when I sleep because if the topic is interesting I play it in my head. Found this channel this year, you have a great voice, annunciation, pronunciation, music and script.

Not everyone will like every video, but that doesn’t matter, because each video will impact everyone differently. As long as you’re happy with the content, that’s what counts.
Just remember, your core fan base will always be here and support you no matter what you decide. So fight the numbers but don't forget to break bread with them from time to time too! Feelin' you on a lot of these points. I always feel very lucky though that my videos are what I did in my head anyway before TH-cam, but just without the filming or uploading. Took over 6 years to build up to be able to do it full-time so I had a longer climb (and still WAY behind your numbers), but I think the slow rise took much of the stress off since I felt it build brick by brick. Congrats on all your success and hope you're able to keep it going without anymore burnout. I'm seeing more and more YT'ers falling off lately. :(

I went to your channel the next night, and the night after. After seeing you make videos with such a great amount of effort, and not just making them to cater to the algorithm, made me subscribe. The amazing thing about philosophy, sociology, and to some extent science, is that there is no "wrong", there's just opinions. I don't watch you because i think you are right, I simply like your opinions and want to know what you think about subjects that i know little about. Although i do love these subjects, I don't have the time or discipline to learn more about them, and i wouldn't know where to start anyway. But you give the big picture, what's important to know regardless if it may be "wrong". In 2021 my father died and at that same time you uploaded the video -” Death". It was not totally devastating for me. I really felt nothing, no emotions. I was really searching why I felt that way, then your video really helped a lot that people like me, who aren't really emotionally intelligent and feel the emotion the same way others do. Furthermore, I discovered your channel in 2019-2021 I kind of liked it that at least some group of people/channel has same thinking mentality of life in ultra fast-paced world; people who just stop to think about life, almost every day. 😊👍
I had a similar situation. I heard at school my classmate that sat right beside me died from sickle cell. I felt no emotion. No surreal emotions. The only surreal was how unemotional I was. Quite odd😐

The amazing thing about philosophy, sociology, and to some extent science, is that there is no "wrong", there's just opinions.
I don't watch you because i think you are right, I simply like your opinions and want to know what you think about subjects that i know little about.
Although i do love these subjects, I don't have the time or discipline to learn more about them, and i wouldn't know where to start anyway. But you give the big picture, what's important to know regardless if it may be "wrong".
There are lots of other youtubers that talk about the same subjects and have their own views on things and own way of describing it, exurb1a has a more vulgar/rough approach where melodysheep will have a more theatrical approach.

In 2021 my father died and at that same time you uploaded the video -” Death".
It was not totally devastating for me. I really felt nothing, no emotions. I was really searching why I felt that way, then your video really helped a lot that people like me, who aren't really emotionally intelligent and feel the emotion the same way others do.
Furthermore, I discovered your channel in 2019-2021 I kind of liked it that at least some group of people/channel has same thinking mentality of life in ultra fast-paced world; people who just stop to think about life, almost every day. 😊👍
I had a similar situation. I heard at school my classmate that sat right beside me died from sickle cell. I felt no emotion. No surreal emotions. The only surreal was how unemotional I was. Quite odd😐
