The problem is this generation has been specifically engineered to be unable to cope with stress and additions.
You are promoting the scam company "Better Help"? Why!?!?!?!! There is no better way to say "I don't care about my subscribers and I say whatever they want me to say for money." than doing a Better Help ad read.
Better help is just like any other website to find tutors: the workers are paid little and not close to being the best in the industry. When apps are used, money goes to the execs, not the actual people helping you
As a gen z who still has is fixing my addiction to using my phone and devices I’ve noticed many people I know being exposed to content of things intended not for them and they end up replicating or using those things and a common problem is the use of vapes and drugs especially in my area and it’s sad to see many people my age throw away a future and life like this and I may be struggling with an addiction to my devices but I am improving.
It has been obvious for like 4 years or something at this point. When did all those exposed videos come out when Philip DeFranco was reading their ads? There is no excuse at this point. If you read BetterHelp ads, you don't have any integrity in what you promote for money to your subscribers.

this is a bit generalized and exagerated, you know why? To boost its addictiveness, after all the algorithm is made to boost the addictiveness of it all!
Gen z is either depressed, stressed out, addicted to something, lost in life and living with his / her parents, not working and unemployed, working a job unrelated to their field of studies because the country has extremely ridiculous and unreachable requirements to enter a certain career path and get started. Other times again, the labour market wants experienced people and a college degree is insignificant and just a piece of paper 🗑️. Others recquire extra certificates and extra education to accept newbies and train them in a specific career path. AI is also replacing us and taking over many jobs that used to be available. Addictives patterns are created due to all of these factors. And the environmental crisis. Many gen z say they are in favor of the government taking measures to reduce their environmental impact but on the other hand overindulge in fast fashion and other stuff that is well-known to negatively impact the environment and increase CO2 emissions. This is another big paradoxe. I am guilty of all of these things and I ain't a saint, but .. after opening my eyes to the real world, see fellow university students take Xanax even after exams and on a daily basis, see people escape in alcohol, not having enough money to afford basic and vital things to live, getting fired because AI has expanded exponentially and projects have closed down in call centers, institutions or companies demanding more experience and/ or more degrees to get started, suicidal thoughts or ideation being discussed with fellow people of my age (in a normalized way), you start to wonder...
