I mix both yellow gold and silver. Only because i got a two tone watch before i bought my jewelry so i wanted to mix and match with the watch. Also because white diamonds on yellow gold match extremely well with two tone watches since it gives a 2 tone color since the diamonds are white on yellow gold. I like both but like wearing gold with bright color clothing and silver with dark color clothing. Gold on a white t shirt stands out, silver on a black t shirt stands out just as much.
@@Jewelry-News tough question because I just got used to wearing gold, after I figured out that the reputation of gold was that of man and not nature but the silver has my attention. Its like money it's neutral.
color of silver - physical characteristics of gold I own both silver and white gold pieces because the “white” color looks more aesthetically pleasing with my skin tone than the warmer color of yellow gold. As a man: if it were somehow possible to transform everything in my collection that is currently sterling silver -> white gold (besides increasing its value significantly of course), one reason I wouldn’t hesitate is simply ease of maintenance and living with it tbh. Gold doesn’t tarnish like silver. Sure, you can always clean silver and get it to look good as new, but I am lazy…
gold and silver are both precious metals and historically valuable in the end is a matter of choice I combine both together and it looks stunning
