My husband and I love watching y’all! We love Barkley, too! We haven’t thought of y’all as boring. We enjoy seeing the different places you go and getting ideas on good places. We would love to see more cooking outdoors. Excited about whatever your surprise is! Love you guys! 💜💜
Electric jacks are the bomb! We have a Lance 881 max and love it. When we get to our site the first thing we do is put the jacks down for stability. You should look into a lance 981 max. The floor pan is a game changer. It is a 4 season camper with a slide. Bigger tanks. Ac, the list goes on……. More head room when in bed, the bathroom is in the middle. Not when you first walk in…..we love love our max camper ❤
Kansas City, I lived in Olathe, KS for 10 yrs. Go to the Arabia Steamboat Museum downtown, attend the American Royal BBQ contest it is the largest in the nation. Held Around Sept 28th to Oct 2nd. Kansas City has so much to see. BBQ to taste. See Independence, MO, President Truman’s home.
I always love your videos because it does show me what a few days are like at a destination! I personally like more cooking involved. Maybe outdoor cooking? Always like the bathroom reviews! Great job on another successful year fulltime living on the road♡
I look forward to your videos each week!! I actually boondocked last weekend for the first time. I always stay in campgrounds so it was fun for something different. You guys rock,
Look for an old Lance 1191 2015, or a 1172. You would need a upgraded truck. If you can afford more look at Eagle Cap, Adventurer or you may find a good deal with Host. I am looking for a good Yukon 11.6 Host deal or Cascade 10.5 model.
We love watching your videos. The only reason we could think that Mackinaw island was less watched video was that it was too brief!! It’s so beautiful there, once you get past the tourist spots.
Moving slower you should consider a trailer so you can drop and the drive…you have been isolated by winter camping so now you will start to meet more people and see more active opportunities…. Also you have not had any running water so I look forward to camp cooking now that you have water….
That's the one intriguing aspect of the trailer. It would be worse on long travel days, but sure would be nice to have the truck to run around in when were setup for a while. Thanks for the comment!
Many of us enjoy off-grid camping. However, we don't know which national parks have nearby camping without making reservations way in advance. Maybe you could come up with a little regional circuit of known parks that you didn't require a reservation. Then share roughly were you stayed.
I enjoyed your Colorado and Idaho adventures. You asked for suggestions. The timing might be wrong but you have the perfect rig to explore the inside passage up in Alaska. Since all travel in an rv is by ferry, your current rig is the cheapest way to do that. Before you upgrade to something larger, investigate numerous day time travel to new cities or islands and stay 3 days to a week at each. Temps don't require AC and you'll never need to use your jacks to unload your camper. The ferry offers the best way to see marine life (much better than a cruise). If this sounds interesting, board the ferry system at Prince Rupert and go north from there.
The ONLY time your videos are boring is when you video yourselves reading. Other than that, you're doing really good videos. Snow camping is the best. The newer Lance's are 4 season.
It is pre wired yes, but we're hesitant on the added weight and it was only a huge need in Florida. But it'll be added on the next one if it doesn't come standard!
Yall should travel to Canada! Some colder weather which sounds like it gets more views for you. Also there are some wonderful places to see along the way in the us to get up there! So proud for you two! Keep filming and having fun! BIG hugs to you!❤
We had an 07 Lance 835 on a 06 Ram 2500. We also wanted a bigger camper. We went with a 2015 Ram 3500 and a 2018 Eagle Cap 811. It's the best decision we've ever made! The 811 has a slide, and they make the biggest bathroom in the industry. We've also done many upgrades including, 2 )1oo amp hour batteries, a side awning, 2) 200 watt solar panels a AC soft start and next up grade is a victron 3000 watt inverter. The truck camper is awesome and loved the old one, which we called the sport model, and were now in to the " Luxury liner ". We LOVE IT!
I think a lot of people including myself want the little details including financial what's the cost of everything!! Also what are the best place to camp for free or for the money. Love your videos and hope to see more information beside the vlogging cheers 🤙
I own a 2018 wood frame Northstar adventurer 8.5 Truck Camper. Dry weight is 1940 pounds. It is mounted on a 1998 Dodge 2500 4x4 Cummins Diesel with a 5 Speed manual transmission. From Farmington New Mexico to Cortez Colorado it got 19 MPG at highway speeds. 20-22 MPG when the camper is off the truck. A wood frame truck camper is a lot warmer than a hollow frame Aluminum camper. When camping near Gunnison Colorado at 10,000 feet elevation, the morning temperature inside this camper is 5-7 degrees warmer than the outside temperature. That is with no heater running at night. It would be warmer than that if 2 people were inside the camper. Aluminum frame campers can't match this. Air conditioning units weigh about 100 pounds and come with a $1300 price tag. Something to think about. This camper is only 7 feet wide. Less sway when your going or stopping. Storms when camping? In the late 1970's, a bad storm came through the Hamakua Coast on the Big Island of Hawaii. I saw it rain 48 inches of rain in 72 hours. Human graves were washed out into the ocean. Aloha!
Having kids in the camper…..? I am not sure from the looks of the height of the bedroom. Conner could NOT do missionary in the cab over, it look like 3ft height. Wow, that’s tight. “That is what she said” LOL! Have to have motel 6 as back up! They leave the light on for you, “ to have sex” LOL! It would be definitely over the dinette if not! LOL! I could go on and on! You guys kill me!
A few more thoughts. Slideouts? Rv repair technicians hate them. They are notorious for leaking air and water as they age. More weight, expense, and maintenance. Electric jacks? No way. My Northstar Adventurer 8.5 Hardside Camper has the standard hapijack jacks. I put a bit in a portable electric drill. On high speed I can lower the jack plate to the ground in 7 seconds! Slow electric jack motors can't match this. Is your roof on your Lance camper metal? Hot and cold temperatures will cause the metal to expand and contract around the roof vents. Roof seals around these vents need to be checked for water intrusion. The Northstar Adventurer 8.5 has a EPDM rubber roof. Hardly any expansion and contraction around the roof vents. The Northstar Adventurer 8.5 Truck Camper is no longer in production. The new Northstar Wind Bandit has the same layout and floorplan. Finally. The Navajo Mechanics here at the Dodge Dealership in Farmington New Mexico say that the Cummins engine in my 1998 2500 Dodge truck is a million mile engine. A Navajo Lady overhauls the Diesel engines at the dealership! Wow. Aloha.
We love watching you guys! I love the style of your videos and the music you use. We're with you on the slides. We bought a used 2004 Lance 1030 after looking at larger models that had slides. It's just heavier and introduces something else that can go wrong. Plus, like you said, when you stop for lunch, you can't just hop into the camper. As for our favorite thing--it's the A/C. We're in the southeast, so it's a must and as we look for something new that's a non-negotiable item to include. If you need some adventurous ideas, something fun we did last year was to use our camper as a home base for the night while we backpacked to a tent site for the night on the Appalachian Trail. (We're weekend campers.)
Regardless of the situation, I am determined to avoid having a slide-out. According to everyone I've spoken with who has them, slides inevitably develop leaks.
If you went with diesel, you would easily eat up your 400lb margin for GVWR, so gas was a good choice. Otherwise you would be in dually territory weight wise.
We have enjoyed watching you tackle the challenges of the full time truck camper lifestyle. We are retiring this coming year and plan to hit the road full time in our truck camper also! We originally bought a Palomino Backpack, very similar to your Lance. We quickly determined the tank capacity was too small! We upgraded to a new-to-us Arctic Fox...four season TC. We were " anti slider's" too! But this one, with a single slide, increased our space as well as storage. And best of all when the slide is fully in we can still access our truck camper! We would greatly love if you would share more details about your locations, campgrounds that you are visiting. We are always wondering where you're at exactly and what's the name of the businesses such as the restaurants or campgrounds that you're patronizing. It would also be helpful for you to include some of the details that you encounter when you're traveling from one location to another. Travel planning, destination choices and how you choose where you're going to camp are details that we would also be interested in hearing about! Are there any specific apps that you use? We look forward to the next year of traveling along with you!
I don't really get shorts or Instagrams - leave too much out? Er, I'm a Michigander and didn't see the Mackinac Island video so I should get busy and watch that.
Agreed long form videos are the way to go. If there were any shorts, I assume it would be Barkley. (always welcome).. or maybe an occasional outtake / interesting teaser to an upcoming video.
After 6 years you guy's should already know if you want to be married. And you can always do it at the courthouse and have a official wedding later on. There's no excuse.
Hold it. At 11:45 I hear the M word. No time to plan? Please. We don't have time for you not to plan. I got genes in the game, and I'm not getting any younger. Stop at the next jewelry store. Buy the ring. Call the grandmothers. We are waiting.
Aluminum frame is adding weight. All truck campers with aluminum frame still have wood in the core to run screws in and be secure. It does protect some from water and make a stronger connection, but not the siding composite, only the wood inside the aluminum. Just sayin!
You can rent a camper van in Iceland and do the loop. It is a excellent adventure for your first trip over seas. You can do the same in England, Ireland and Scotland!
One additional suggestion ~ recommendation. If you'd be interested in a canoeing ~ camping trip to spend a little time away from the truck camper, check out the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness in Minnesota! Outfitters can provide all the gear, etc. that you'd need, and it's 1 million acres of pristine wilderness, and an area you will never forget. There's tons of wildlife and it's a great experience. Do a web search and you'll find a lot of great information on it!
I know you mentioned Michigan was one of your favorite destinations, and with springtime and warmer weather right around the corner, I'd love to see you travel to State and National Parks in Wyoming, Montana, South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota and Wisconsin. Having traveled, camped and fished in some of these states, I think you would have a great time exploring the diverse landscapes of the West and Midwest and your followers could suggest some great camping areas and destinations. As always, love your video's and safe travels!
Amazing sound thanks for sharing your adventure. Guys I recommended you visit the himalayan mountains k2 and Nangaparbat view point from one place moses peak. Add this sound in your bucket list.
I really like your videos, like the style the scenes you capture, editing, etc. You create anticipated videos. Thanks for the Q&A Video, please please stick with the long-form video, even if they become shorter in time don’t do the “shorts” unless they are snippets please. If you are taking questions for future Q&A, #1 Have you been denied at an RV park because you are in a truck camper, or ever had to keep the truck connected for RV park rule? #2 why not buy the motors for your jacks, your rig seems to already have the power ports for them. #3 Unless you really need to suspend your Starlink service, why are you still paying 150/month you can do 120 and just move your address as you move. #4 have you considered DNA testing for the dog, you are asked what kind of dog he is frequently. I bet the audience would fund the test. LOL.
All great questions, I'll write them down for next time! But I can answer them for you too. 1) No we have not, but we haven't stayed at many expensive privately owned campgrounds. Seems like this is where the denials have happened 2) Mainly price, since we are wanting a slightly larger camper already, the $2-4,000 for the electric motors just doesn't seem like a worthy investment at the time 3) Depends on our location! For example, the east coast has service almost everywhere so the starling isn't really needed. But when we travel out west it's nice to have. And then if we spend a few weeks with family we can turn it off and save a little $$. 4) No we haven't, but it sure would be some interesting results I'm sure!
Slider? Lance 855S. No slider, Lance 850. All Lance campers are now aluminum framed. Enjoy your slower pace and longer time to video. Shorts/reels? No. You're doing a good job already.
Enjoy your videos especially the scenery! Like your full videos not shorts. I like watching your videos at night before bed because seeing nature in all its glory is relaxing! Check out the EMBASSY CLASS B Van. Bloopers are always fun too! Safe travels! Looking forward to your new adventures!
Trying to figure out a TH-cam audience can be kind of tricky. There's a channel out there with a 100,000 subscribers and the whole channel is about watching someone clean their house. Now I'm guessing by your behaviors that you've been cursed and blessed with good manners from the Midwest. Personally I Prefer creators that talk to me Like a person not an audience member. Off the cuff wit and humor, an occasional flirt with the camera ( strikingly attractive people sometimes forget how much power this has). Your general formula is very close, in my opinion, to 100's of others And that is okay. But it may not put a whole lot in your 401k without the TH-cam roulette wheel of luck. Vaya con Dios.
Thanks for the thoughts, Reuben! Definitely still trying to find our exact niche, and continuing to improve we hope. Opinions like yours help give us stuff to think about as we plan and film!
I loved the Mackinaw Island video. Some of my favorites are travel days and errands. Would love to see you visit more places. Historic sites or some film locations or monumental places like Mount Rushmore or the Grand Canyon. Quartzite to the truck camper rally would be cool also. Maybe some campfire cooking. I also watch Larry at Work Less Enjoy Life More and KennyofAllTrades and love their campfire recipes.
2 years?! Wow! Boy does time fly! It has been a huge pleasure not only watching your channel grow, but watching the two of you grow into your roll as full time YTers! I think you are heading in the right direction with your thoughts on your channel for the next year. As for international travel…my personal opinion is only do it here and there. Your channel is about living full time in a truck camper. I used to follow a couple, about your age, who lived full time in a class , motorhome. I thoroughly enjoyed their videos, just as I do yours. However, they turned their channel into 100% international travel and I have yet to watch a single one of their videos…I followed them because the life style they led (just like yours) is the life style I hope to live one day. So, to be selfish, from my side, don’t change your business model too much. Anyways, looking forward to what the next two years has to offer for the 3 of you! Excited to continue on the journey with you! Btw might want to look into the Arctic Fox 865…aluminum framing, larger tanks, solids built 4 season camper and would offer you more room than your Lance. I’m no truck weight expert, but think you have enough truck to handle it, but might need to do a couple of suspension mods. As always, stay safe out there…..
Thanks for the kind words, Mike! We're excited to get back in the camper and still so much area left to explore. The AF865 is an awesome camper, sure is heavy though! Have a great rest of your week!
After moving from a 29ft camper+truck to a motorhome we missed a lot our external kitchen so our current favorite gear is a small fishing table with sink and our 12V/110V cooler/freezer. Together with the coleman grill it is the perfect set up . Have had campers with slides for 8 years and didn't really have problems with them that was not solved under warranty. I would say, based on our experience, that maintenance is not a reason to give them a pass but a truck camper with slides may get you over your payload....
Congratulations on two years and your subscribers! I do enjoy your travel, hikes, cooking, & shopping but mostly I enjoy seeing Barkley! He is your little star, hope his treat compensation reflects his star status!
Not sure when I started following you but I think it has been over 6 months now. I enjoy your videos and of course Barkley! Your adventures are fun to watch!! You two are just so laid back and can tell you really enjoy each other and your adventures! I would LOVE to see you adventure to Alaska but maybe after you do your upgrade and NOT during the winter! I think you three would really enjoy it! I would love to see a few shorts. Truthfully it would probably help you also in the long run as people are more apt to watch your shorts and say hey “they/this looks fun and go to your channel to see more. Snippets of your adventures are perfect or cooking dinner. Creative/Simple but good meals in small spaces are actually pretty popular right now. Best wishes and safe travels prayers always and just keep going. I will keep watching😁! Most of have fun and take care of each other!
Thanks for the input, Kristi! Alaska is very high on our list, just trying to find the best year to make it happen. And thanks for the input on the shorts, that's likely how they would be filmed. Just something quick and pretty to lead new viewers to our channel. Some of the issue is it's hard to convert shorts viewers into long format viewers. We'll still consider throwing a few into the mix!
There are so many used arctic fox campers out there with beautiful floor plans. They’re all season too. We have a Wolf Creek and it looks like yours on the inside and we wish we had the slide bigger model 990. We’ve met so many arctic fox owners and they can get in and out of their units even with the slides in, very few issues too. Something to think about. Love your travels. We travel with our little dog Finn and we’ve named our camper the Flying Finn 😅
I do love the AF865, if we could find an older model in our price range I'd drive almost anywhere in the country for it! Maybe we'll see you and Finn (well both Finns) on the road!
As far as your videos , just be real. Live your best life and dont force yourself to do things just to get views. One of my favorite is Kenny of all Trades. One weekly vlog of his weekend camping. Same stuff but different remote camps.
I really enjoy your channel and your travels but I do have to admit for some reason it does trouble me that you're not married what I really do enjoy watching people live in their truck campers because it is probably the cheapest way to live and go wherever you want my suggestion to you would be a drive to Alaska I would think that would provide some pretty good content and if I had to guess for the upcoming surprise I would say arctic fox can't wait to see what it is though I have a 99 Lance nine something on a 99 F250 best thing about it is it has a metal roof wishing you many blessings and safe travels,Thanks 😊
Glad you liked Michigan, I am surprised that the Mackinaw Island video did not perform well, I do not like shorts the others that I follow I avoid watching them if I can.
Good video. I agree with what some people think camping is it’s different to every person. We really like to go out with our truck camper and there has been times we spent the night at a campground with it. It’s been great both ways. I’d like to see you guys become members of the GPAA. And go hit every gold claim that they have in all 50 states that would be awesome to see in my opinion.
A little late to the game here. Regarding slideouts, we have a lance 2285 travel trailer which we love, but seeing you all setting up and tearing down quickly prompted us to look for a travel trailer without a slideout. Besides the fact that when we stop just for a night it's not real convenient, a slideout is one more thing that can cause issues. We're looking forward to being able to zip in and out with less work.
I like your vids, just go to different places, show us where to go to eat, what the local things to see that is popular. You tend to stay in a campground and hike with Barkley all the time. It is good, just not all the time. Do a campground review, eat in a local town etc.
You two are just our favorites. And trust me. Jan and I watch a LOT of TH-cam. We hope as we travel more that we’ll get to say hello in person one day.
We have a 2004 Lance 1161 truck camper that has a dry bath and a slide. We really like it since you don't need to slide it out to get in and if in a spot where it is too tight to put it out, the slide can stay in and use it like you use yours already. We can even get to the bathroom with the slide in as well. That said, it's big and we have a one ton truck to hull it around. Check out the different floor plans, there are some that may surprise you.
A dry bath is intriguing, but does mean it'll be a large camper. We're open to going bigger since we don't travel fast anyway, just enjoying checking out all of the layouts and models we can find used right now!
Connor - Economics, Energy Management minor Amelia - Communications, Spanish minor While we're not on a direct path from our studies, all 4 aspects we have studied have been a great use while we build our brand and business!
I love watching your videos. I want to travel in the next year and a half if possible. I have a travel-trailer and I'm really looking at a truck camper. I was wondering if it would be easier or harder for a solo camper and the cat. Thank you for all the beautiful places you show. I live in ohio and I can't wait to see the west.
Definitely harder if you're wanting to take it on and off, but a trailer is harder to drive/backup solo. A TC is probably the perfect size for 1 and a cat!
You should check out the new Lance truck campers, they come with an a/c unit, they have an aluminum frame and they are four season rated. Also they are much taller on the inside than other makes.
They are very nice! However, very expensive. We do like one of the 2012 models, seems to check all the boxes and not as pricey. Hard part is finding one!
I love you guys! Boring? I prefer to say consistent! I will watch whatever you post. Love seeing Barkley living his best life! Warms my heart ❤️ ❤❤.
Consistent is a good word for it! Thanks for the continued support!
I Agree with You No Slides Just One More Thing To Brake & Leak Love Your Video 😀😀😀😀
That's my thought too!
I look forward to your weekly video. You're my favorite channel. I'll watch anything you post.
Thanks for the support!!
My husband and I love watching y’all! We love Barkley, too! We haven’t thought of y’all as boring. We enjoy seeing the different places you go and getting ideas on good places. We would love to see more cooking outdoors. Excited about whatever your surprise is! Love you guys! 💜💜
Thanks for the support! We're in the market for a good outdoor cooking setup, we'll try to implement more of it this next year!
Glad to know theyre worth it! And I do like the idea of a mid-bath camper. I'll have to check out the 981, thanks for the suggestion!
Some have said that TH-cam likes you to do shorts. How about put the GoPro on Barkley on his walks? Barkley Vision! 😊
Barkley Vision sure would be a hit!

We'd like to do more outdoor cooking as well! And the bathroom reviews do need a comeback, thanks for another year of support, Christine!
If you decide to do some “shorts” maybe your outtakes and bloopers, blown lines, mishaps, etc might be a good place to start.
Agreed, thanks for the idea!
Lance. We have a 2004, 1121 Lance with Electric Jacks. GREAT!!! Especially at 79 yrs young.
I look forward to your videos each week!! I actually boondocked last weekend for the first time. I always stay in campgrounds so it was fun for something different. You guys rock,
Always nice to try something out of your comfort zone! Glad you enjoyed the boondocking experience
Look for an old Lance 1191 2015, or a 1172. You would need a upgraded truck. If you can afford more look at Eagle Cap, Adventurer or you may find a good deal with Host. I am looking for a good Yukon 11.6 Host deal or Cascade 10.5 model.
Great video keep doing what you are doing I am Surprised that Mackinaw was your least watched that is on my bucket list
We love watching your videos. The only reason we could think that Mackinaw island was less watched video was that it was too brief!! It’s so beautiful there, once you get past the tourist spots.
Agreed, we'd like to spend more time there and think there are some better non touristy options!
Definitely worth the visit, and thanks for the channel support!
Moving slower you should consider a trailer so you can drop and the drive…you have been isolated by winter camping so now you will start to meet more people and see more active opportunities…. Also you have not had any running water so I look forward to camp cooking now that you have water….

YOU NEED AN ARCTIC FOX 811!! I GOT ONE. LOVE IT1
I enjoy your videos as they are, not a fan of shorts. Glad Barkley is doing well!

Agreed with the snow camping, but it sure gets hard after a few weeks! And thanks for the reading input
Big like 👍. Love watching 👀 your videos 📹. See you on the next one adventurers ❤❤.
Thank you!
I never watch TH-cam Shorts. I dislike them intensely and always steer clear of them.
Must have electric jacks, you will love them... on the subject of shorts, i hate them, wish TH-cam would phase them out...
Thanks Bill, we appreciate your input!
We love to watch people drive to and explore Alaska! Would love to watch you guys travel to Alaska!
Its high on our list, just trying to figure out the best time!
Just remove your vent fan and install an ac unit. Your camper should be pre wired for it. Wires are under that outlet cover next to the vent fan.
Absolutely, bought my 8000 squire without AC....put new unit in...easy peaky 🎉
It is pre wired yes, but we're hesitant on the added weight and it was only a huge need in Florida. But it'll be added on the next one if it doesn't come standard!
We love watching and following your adventures! Barkley is so cute and well behaved.
Thank you, Lorraine!
Would be cool to have a ranking/review system for campgrounds
Good idea, we'll think on some aspects and try to work it into the videos!
If you guys buy another truck camper what kind would be with side outs?
Not sure, I've been mainly focused on non-slide campers so Id have to do more research for slide models!
Yall should travel to Canada! Some colder weather which sounds like it gets more views for you. Also there are some wonderful places to see along the way in the us to get up there! So proud for you two! Keep filming and having fun! BIG hugs to you!❤
We do plan on some Canada traveling this summer/fall! Thank, Nicole!
We LOVE IT!
Haha maybe we're in the market to upgrade to our version of the "luxury liner" as well. Maybe we'll see you out there!
In the late 1970's, a bad storm came through the Hamakua Coast on the Big Island of Hawaii. I saw it rain 48 inches of rain in 72 hours. Human graves were washed out into the ocean. Aloha!
Lance 1191 2015 has a slide, my 2nd fave is a Arctic Fox 1140 dry bath. My fav is a Host Yukon 11.6.
Wow. Aloha.
Skip the shorts. They are more frustrating than a full video. I enjoy watching your weekly adventures.
I wouldn’t do shorts on the channel. I would try a meet up! I do like the Wandering Wagners channel and other TH-camrs, do a meet up!
Really! I loved that video in Mackinaw Island. We were just there 2yrs before.
AN Arctic Fox model 865 may be a non-slide camper that you may want to look at. It's a little heavy though!
Agreed, that's likely how they would end up. No additional filming, just trying to lead viewers to our channel. We'll keep thinking on it!
I want to see you travel upper north west country
We've talked a lot about some Canada adventures this summer!
just send up some DNA to know what Barley is about. many propose that service
Aluminum frame is adding weight. All truck campers with aluminum frame still have wood in the core to run screws in and be secure. It does protect some from water and make a stronger connection, but not the siding composite, only the wood inside the aluminum. Just sayin!
I never thought you were boring 😊❤. Are you pregnant 😮🎉🎉🎉. Id love it😂❤
Loved this video. You both are amazing. Have fun and be safe. I look forward to the surprise. Give Barkley a treat from us.
Will do! And we'll see you back on Wednesday for the reveal!
A hole saw with minor cuts will solve your problem with that manual jacks by using cordless drill to crank it up and down
You can rent a camper van in Iceland and do the loop. It is a excellent adventure for your first trip over seas. You can do the same in England, Ireland and Scotland!
I live in Scotland far north if you doing international try the Highlands and islands they are absolutely beautiful
electric jacks are very expensive and yes they are handy but they break allot
A thought, change your existing solar panel to a 3 or 400 watt panel
One additional suggestion ~ recommendation. If you'd be interested in a canoeing ~ camping trip to spend a little time away from the truck camper, check out the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness in Minnesota! Outfitters can provide all the gear, etc. that you'd need, and it's 1 million acres of pristine wilderness, and an area you will never forget. There's tons of wildlife and it's a great experience. Do a web search and you'll find a lot of great information on it!
Such a great idea, definitely something we’d be interested in and will be looking more into! Thanks!
Electric jacks and fast guns are the BOMB!
We're definitely going to explore the midwest more, and nice because it's not as busy as Colorado (and others) in the summer!
Thanks guys - enjoy your videos very much.
Love your vlogs thank you for sharing your story!!
Does Connor do all the
cooking?
Not all of the cooking, but when we're filming Amelia is better at capturing the angles so it just seems like I do!
Where do you get the money to travel this much I know your not old enough to to be retired
Amazing sound thanks for sharing your adventure. Guys I recommended you visit the himalayan mountains k2 and Nangaparbat view point from one place moses peak. Add this sound in your bucket list.
Those spots sure would be beautiful!
No shorts
International travel? There are a lot of things to do in Canada 🇨🇦
We enjoy your videos and music selections
Upgrade to an Artic Fox and go to Arizona……
Seems like this is where the denials have happened
2) Mainly price, since we are wanting a slightly larger camper already, the $2-4,000 for the electric motors just doesn't seem like a worthy investment at the time
3) Depends on our location!
Thanks for the input, and the newer lances are very nice!
Agreed on the bloopers, they always make us laugh too! And thanks for the suggestion, I'll check the embassy out!
We do want to cook outdoors more, just waiting for the right setup so hopefully this summer!
2 years?!
Definitely like the portable sink and grill idea!
I love all your content interesting . So if you have up grades awesome!. But enjoy you two. And Barkley. Love him!. So cute
Thank you, Tina!
Congratulations on two years and your subscribers! I do enjoy your travel, hikes, cooking, & shopping but mostly I enjoy seeing Barkley! He is your little star, hope his treat compensation reflects his star status!
He is the star, we agree! And don't worry, he's overcompensated haha!
I love watching your videos - only suggestion - can you expand your travel to California, Oregon or Washington?
We do plan on it at some point, hopefully sooner than later!
We've watched his stuff too, thanks for the input and we appreciate your support!
A metal roof would be ideal for our next TC, and Alaska is high on our list!
Glad you liked Michigan, I am surprised that the Mackinaw Island video did not perform well, I do not like shorts the others that I follow I avoid watching them if I can.
Thanks for the input, and Michigan is one of our favorite states!
FYI, The more content you make I would watch it. I’m sure all your subscribers would also. 😊
Good to know!
Agreed, there are many benefits to both types of camping! And thanks for the suggestion, never looked into the GPAA before
Let’s do Alaska! But I love all you do you guys are truly amazing and inspirational. Let’s Roll
Its on the plans!
The main reason we opted for no slides, no regrets so far!
I like your vids, just go to different places, show us where to go to eat, what the local things to see that is popular. You tend to stay in a campground and hike with Barkley all the time. It is good, just not all the time. Do a campground review, eat in a local town etc.
Thanks, Todd!
You two are just our favorites. And trust me. Jan and I watch a LOT of TH-cam. We hope as we travel more that we’ll get to say hello in person one day.
Thanks, Vic! If our paths ever cross, it'll be great to catch up one day
We have a 2004 Lance 1161 truck camper that has a dry bath and a slide.
Are you settling aside money as investing for your futures? Every little bit consistently per month makes a huge difference.
We are, lots of planning and open communication about our future!
Assuming you both finished college, we’re curious what your degrees are in.
Connor - Economics, Energy Management minor
Amelia - Communications, Spanish minor
While we're not on a direct path from our studies, all 4 aspects we have studied have been a great use while we build our brand and business!
Your plans for the future sound intriguing and I’m looking forward to coming along for the ride.
Glad to have you on board!
I want to see you travel to the upper n
I love watching your videos. I want to travel in the next year and a half if possible. I have a travel-trailer and I'm really looking at a truck camper. I was wondering if it would be easier or harder for a solo camper and the cat. Thank you for all the beautiful places you show. I live in ohio and I can't wait to see the west.
Definitely harder if you're wanting to take it on and off, but a trailer is harder to drive/backup solo. A TC is probably the perfect size for 1 and a cat!
Have you been to the Pacific Northwest yet? I live in Oregon. I think you'd love it here.
Not yet, it's high on our list!
No Shorts please, hate them, feel they are a waste of time, prefer long videos and thankyou for sharing, love ya vids.
We much prefer the long format as well!
Y'all are doing awesome. I'll be watching no matter. Keep living large and I will too.
That's the plan, thanks for the support!
Keep doing what you guys are doing,God bless an save travels🎉❤
Thank you!
