ive done a few of your tutorials like the cherrys,jelly,dog, and strawberry and they were easy to follow and do and it really helped me remeber some of the controller and features to do so i can one day make my own creations and characters in blender!

heya its a bit late but you need to deselect the inside faces, you only want to manipulate the outside.
