This is so inspiring to watch; I LOVE such treks as these, reminds me of my own such roughly 45 years ago, in Central Africa, when it was wilder than it is now; both with animals, poor roads, and civil unrest. ( Dealing with the Idi Amin's Ugandan war against Tanzania.) When travel becomes constricted, you at times have to find other things to keep busy with, awaiting transportation capability. Still that your vehicle could handle such as you do in Aus holds your adventures in good stead!

Byron was once magical but has been destroyed by tourism, backpackers and government !
