Great Video. Thanks for sharing. I have seen the nurbs curve video, but still prefer to use bezier curves. I am using the free addon bezier utilities, works like the pen tool in Inkscape, in Blenders object mode, and has awesome options. Maybe check it out. 10:28 tipp: you don't need to select and delete the faces. Just use the mirror with the bisect option.
