Hye guys. Welcome back to aqoffee channel. Today, we are making iced americano by combining both medium and light roasted coffee. The taste if you ask me is shockingly good. The balance between acidity and bitterness makes this coffee sweet without any sugar or sweetener.
The recipe:
-16 grams of coffee. 8 grams light and 8 grams medium roasted coffee
-1:2 ratio. 2 grams of water per gram of coffee. 16 grams coffee in, 32 grams espresso out
