I just want to say something really depressing about this chapter. Himeko died in chapter 9. She was gone for so long. Here at chapter 25, we finally have a closure. It broke my heart knowing that in all those chapters, they never did have a eulogy for Himeko. It was only at this same chapter that they finally said their goodbyes. I never expected that a virtual character can render me so weak with sadness. When I was watching the eulogy, I was in shambles. Hearing them tell their stories with Himeko just showed me how I was truly invested in these girls. Himeko, you will never be forgotten. Your flame will burn forevermore in the heart of the people you touched.
I was coping so hard by thinking himeko is MiA but then this chapter just grinded that to dust. Unless mihoyo is willing to pull the biggest Deus EX Machina in their entire history then i dont think himeko is alive
Jeez no matter how many times I rewatch chapter 25 to witness a new captain experiencing it, my eyes still get teary and the emotions still feel like a sledgehammer to the chest
Chapter 25 was pure MiHoYo sadism. Everything from giving us Himeko again so they can grab that knife and twist it in some more to literally forcing the player to move on from the past by leaving Himeko behind to walk to the door. That door must have been perfectly calculated to deliver the most pain to the player as possible because I don't think any other video game has managed to hurt me as much as walking to that door ever did. The worst part is, MiHoYo did all that in possibly the most beautiful way possible so not only do you get riddled with emotional holes, you're so enthralled by the beauty that you force yourself to endure it and continue on.

Ah yes the 'graduation phase' is now over and captain passed with flying colors(by that I mean overwhelming tears) now get ready for the 'after party'.
It's amazing what good writing does to people. You see peeps talk about their favourite shows and how they influenced them but when you ask HI3rd player to describe their emotional state playing the game they'll start sobbing. And goddamnit this chapter is a huge triumph and I'm both crying for the people we lost and for the strength that was found. Amazingly inspirational story.
I always find ya-chan reaction is cute and funny..., she always add funny random words when playing honkai.. Oooh.., and maybe olly can add meso-san too in vtuber reaction..., his reaction in ch. 25 is good....

Rewatching the CG every clip makes me feel the same swelling pride seeing Kiana ascend as the Flamescion. Every damn time.
