Recently, the Kerala High Court has said that the depiction of the upper naked body of a woman cannot be termed as obscene, indecent. To this, the Court remarked that nudity should not always be equated with sexuality. Whether or not there is obscenity can only be determined in context.
In another section, On June 5, the 50th anniversary of World Environment Day was celebrated all over the world. During this, the Netherlands and Cote d'Ivoire together organized a global conference. According to media reports, the government is studying the possibilities of developing salt cave based strategic oil reserves in Rajasthan.
