Hi T, beautiful assortment of fish. I'm not going to tell you what fish to get, just something to think about when selecting fish. There's 3 layers of an aquarium- •Top •middle • Bottom. Fish don't swim all the time in each layer of tank. They would spend 90% of time in one layer e.g., if you bought 30 nano schooling fish for 16g that spend 90% in the middle, but occasionally swim in top/bottom layer. The middle will get crowded. * The best thing to do is if you were to get 30 nano fish, get a school of 10 that inhabit the top layer most of the time, another schooling fish that inhabits the middle of tank, and another 10 schooling nano fish that inhabits the bottom most of the time. This way each layer has more swimming room because it's less crowded in the layer they spend most of their time in. Visually it looks very pleasing. Cause there's things happening from top to bottom. Another thing to consider for a community tank is get fish that come from same environment - some fish like fast flow, while others like calmer water. Some like open water to swim, while others like a densely planted tank. Some like more acidic(soft) water' while others prefer alkaline (hard) water. •If you are looking for those feeding rings then you should check out etsy- they also have phone app. What i like about them is if you want them to custom a product you can easily contact them an speak to the maker of product. Like what i did with moss ledge. Sorry for long message. Peace ✌from Australia
Ive got ballon mollies with kuhlies and neons with flame tetras and endlers and a dwarf gourami in a deacent size tank and they all get along its so worth it aye
Not sure what you mean with to spred out floating plants, but if you want to make a hole in the mass of plants you can make a floating ring out of airhose and melt the ends of the hose together as big as you want the ring. After a while the duckweed will find its way in but that is easily fixed.
I love angels. I have one large gold one living with 6 albino cory cats, and 3 white long skirt tetras in a 55 gallon tank. I did learn the hard way that if you keep angels they should all be the same size. The large angel killed smaller ones I had. Love your videos!
7:30.. idk, i’d sooner shrink the stock than remove any rock. That scape is awesome! Id keep that scape, I mean you’ll need to thin the crowd in there eventually anyways.
I used airline hose an my check valve that came with the pump. Made a circle an boom floats an has a lil weight to it now. Probably put some Stainless steel wire in the hose an bend an make your shapes. Throw a heat gun at it an should stay permanently
Queen and king of DIYT those tanks are looking awesome wooden change a thing can’t wait to see what you do with the 6 gallon community. I’m sure it’s gonna look great. Keep up the great work. See you in the next one.
Angels are some of my favorite fish to have in a tank! I've always found them to be really good for all range of fish and they always look amazing, though lots of people don't realize how big angels can actually get
New tanks, new fish... That's always exciting. We really like angels too. Those black ones are super cool. If you have a craft store around, look for some small foam rings for making feeding spots. Thanks for sharing this. #RukeIsCute
Tamara, the angels are beautiful with such high fins. Finally, I love the idea of a community tank with fish of YOUR choosing. It looks like the goldfish are even larger than usual, probably all that extra spinach. All the tanks are really coming along. Can't you put all of your beta's in a big size tank. I have seen others do it with male and females, separate of course. They have lots of cover and feed accordingly. Ask Joey? Is Luke feeling OK today or is he just tired from playing? Hugs to him. Peace.
Well, my original idea was to house the bettas together in the 180 but then Joey built me their original rack in the summer and I’m not sure what I want to do with them now. Luke is great! Just being a good boy😊
Its funny your TH-cam Channel is doing better than OFRs and Bigrichs channel...BigRich shouldve took Joeys advice..their channel is struggling..They should have never started beef with you guys

Congrats! I want angels too, but don’t have big tanks. Happy to watch yours grow!
The red devils together with the blue ones in my opinion are the best colored varieties Angels

You should set up the community 40 gal in the your living space to relax and enjoy…
Both fish room videos in 1 day whoop whoop
You should try a planted river bank scape in the new 60 gallon.
I’m here after Joeys premiere
Thanks for stopping by, Scott!!
Love your contact❤
❤❤
Let's all let Tamara choose her own scape without help from us unless she asks for it. Thanks. Peace. TEAM JOEY!
The fins of those angels do not look good...
Next time you want to clean your tank use some white vinegar
ayee
Holy crap frankly has a chiseled chin!!!
Public comment was added to the comment section. Just for the engagement.

So how many gallons of water of Tanks do you have between you and your man
Don’t make me do math🤣
Just remove duckweed from time to time and put it on the goldfish tank. The goldfish like to eat it.
