Great video. Very informative. I would just like to know how this works on a Mac? It seems like I am not getting the same range of restrictions and options with Word for Mac Version 16.58.

Hi, how can I set up a formatting and style for different part of the word document (for example heading, bold times new roman 28, body text calibry 10, footnote calibry 8, table justied calibry 8 etc) in away when you paste sentences with different font, size, etc, it automatically changes to the default style set for that part of the document and one doesn't have to change it manually?

I'm using the current version of Word version 16.55. There doesn't seem to be a 'File' tab to click on beside the 'Home' tab. So I'm not able to carry out the Restrict Editing command. Do you know how I can bring up the 'file' button that you're showing in this vid? Thank you for any help with this.

You can click Review tab > Restrict Editing instead. It's the same.
