Well structures Problem Solving should be embedded in your normal performance organisation - that's why it's best to let Performance Control meetings launch and manage Root Cause Problem Solving projects.
We'll talk about what this means for your problem solving team, for your daily stand-up (or Performance Control System or Daily Control System or daily meeting, or whatever it's called in your organisation) and some practical considerations along the way.

Like your videos, but the marker onbthe paper is horrible. Try-out a Whiteboard.

Good to hear that you like my videos, and also glad you're giving me the feedback I need to continuously improve them.
I'm definitely aware of the marker's sound and have made a couple of changes to get rid of those soul-scratching screeches that have plagued our learning experience.
This particular video is from a while back - would you do me a favour and tell me if the sound is still too screechy in video over the last 2-3 months? (I've changed my microphone and post edit sound settings)
I'm not a big fan of whiteboards on video because it's much harder to get clear readable text on camera from a glossy whiteboard. But if the sound horror persists I might just have to.
