I usually make it on a rice cooker. Just a couple of table spoons of uncooked rice, and a whole lot of water, plus chicken with bones, bay leaf, salt and pepper, ginger, maybe garlic. Let it cook, then shred the chicken just before eating. Add other toppings as you like.
@@ethanher1607if you like a thick consistency then the ratio of rice to water should be 1:8. Anyway, you can always add in more water as you go along if you like it more thin. So if you use 1/2 Cup of Rice, 4 Cups of water.
