This does make sense however my question is this - if it’s been agreed that the learner wants responsibility for looking ahead and assessing hazards, is the instructor still expected to say something like, “…..what’s happening up ahead” when a potential hazard appears? This has never been answered in the multiple videos I have asked this in!
I would expect instructor to intervene if they thought it necessary ( for example pupil preparing later than expected) But if all going according to plan there should be no need for anything other than observing learner actions as agreed
Very helpful Thankyou 👍
Well done Bob nice to hear from you
Haven't seen you post for a while, Bob. Hello again! 🙂
Hello to you too :)
Hi Bob are you still instructing learners? If it was anyone I want to learn with it would be you.
That’s very kind of you to say, but I only work part time these days instructing instructors
@Biker Bob ah okay that's interesting thank you for getting back to me anyone who learned with you had an amazing instructor. All the best.
