That being said I give her credit for after falling in love with another man being honest with her husband and getting a divorce. She must be a good woman both men married her and saw her as long term life partner and not just a booty call. The current husband is not questioning the paternity of their children so this again shows her husband views her as trustworthy regardless if it was complicated when they met. He needs to wake up and participate like a husband. He's acting like a teenager in the home that gives her a little on the bills but not really invested. I like them both though, two solid stable people. Good examples of black love. Agree with judge, they just need marriage counseling.

Wow, this was a mess. He married her to get off child support. The judge was right; they seem to be two single ppl just going through the motions. But I will say, after he said he was scared to tell ppl that she's his wife, I would have been done. He doesn't want to tell them because like judge Lynn said, he isn't married minded. He enjoys giving her the bare minimum financially while he does whatever he wants with the rest of his money, so with that in mind, she should have been let it go. Plus, his voice is very irritating.
TruValidity - starting off a marriage with a cheating situation is a sure fire way to bring chaos and dysfunction into it. And that dysfunction will take on unexpected forms.
If they’re going to stay together they definitely need to seek help. Counseling is needed here, at the very least.

Y'all complain about black woman going to the courts and needing government assistance but have not problem watching her work herself into a early grave providing for the whole household and kids. He wrong that she had to even get the courts involved he's her husband! And $300 ain't putting a dent in household bills and especially nothing regarding kids. If he was a stand up guy he claim he own property his parents left him. He's move his wife and kids in there, and continue paying a mortgage like he's doing now except it will benefit his children right NOW not in the distant future. He admitted to seeing other women during their early period (while she was still married to her first husband); but she found out about him potentially fathering a child with another woman around the time that she got pregnant with their daughter (which was after she'd divorced her first husband).

Same here. Her name just came to me in a dream. For ther 4yrs I've been with him I've never searched his place (we live seperately but have key for each others place) or phone.. i told him to come the following night cooked, sex, put him to sleep and when right in the phone and low and behold there goes everything. He even told the other female i was a cousin of his ex wife and told me the same thing about her. All this happended summer of last year. Still trying to get over it... it has damaged me emotionally

The husband and wife need to go to counseling to work out their issues.
The man thinks he is sleak. Look at him, the action of these men will backfire when they grow old and helpless... This woman divorced her husband for you and you turning around to bite her ass.
Its interesting.....both of these two say they want trust and respect in the relationship, but neither one of them have done anything that would inspire trust or respect. She started seeing him when she was already married to another man....left him to try and hide it and then divorced her husband to be with him and then come to find out, HE was seeing her, while also fathering a child with another woman and as he says "painting the city bright red." And then she has male friends and that's OK, but he has female friends and when he is with these female friends, he's not telling them he's in a relationship with her and is the father of her children. It's messy. I am not married, but I believe wholeheartedly that for a relationship to be strong and thrive, it MUST be built on trust and respect. These two have neither of those things in their relationship and if they aren't willing to, then they need to go their separate ways and find someone else to make them happy.
