    I would love to see you compete again. Your physique is still excellent and honestly when I saw this years Arnold’s I was underwhelmed. I felt like I was watching third place competitors. I miss the era of Phil; Jay can’t have all the fun being a former champion who got the title back.

    I really admire Phil for getting his back from one of his weakest bodyparts in his early Mr O days to having one of the sickest back in the history of BB. Almost no BB had that ability.

      Why would you lift heavy and not make something light feel heavy. My friend did 150kg bench while I can only do 70kg. When he did 55kg with me like I do about 10 seconds a rep to absolute failure and beyond (partial reps) he could do only 4 more than me. 4 reps more and he's more than twice stronger I am.

      @@kaladinstormblessed765 it all depends, a lot variables go into it...like what degree are you bent over at, higher is more lat, less lower back...bent more over is more upper back but also more lower back stress....grip width also varies....bent over more with a wider grip more rear delt, trap and upper back....more upright, closer grip...more lat focused.
