The Gods of Warcraft can actually be the OLD GODS due to the fact that the titans were in chaos while fighting the demons of the legion, and the idea that the horde and alliance are in chaos as well.
I've read multiple times, most importantly on the wow home page that the only "real" god on Azeroth is Elune. What exactly sets her apart from the other deity-like beings isn't mentioned, and they may well have moved away from that distinction by now, but that's what was once the official opinion of Blizz.
Well i think more or less each race has their reliogion and their own gods Night Elves- Elune Dwarves- Titans Human- The Light Orc- Spiritualists Draeinei -Spiritualist/ Naaru Tauren- Earthmother Trolls- Hakkar/Spiritualists/some other gods really depends on the Tribe
The moment I saw those creatures I suspected they have to do somthing with AQ Silithid and old gods. I belive that part what this npc is saying wuld be revealed in future expansions probably 6th
thought this would be the cinematic where the klaxxi try to act on their plan and the empress shows up and over powers one of the klaxxi-va killing him
I have been reading alot about the titans and the old gods lately, and if you are interested in it, you should read this article: know-your-lore-tinfoil-hat-edition-the-genesis-of-azeroth its purely speculation, but I thought it was fantastic :D
Someone do belive Elune is Goddess. Her titles: The Mother Moon, The Moon Goddess, The Night Warrior, Mu'sha (by the tauren), The One True God of Azeroth. But Elune is only one eye(left) of Earth Mother. Malorne is right eye of Earth Mother who pressents The Sun. But who is Earth Mother? Someone thinks its Therazane. But she is lieutenant of the Old Gods. Soemone thinks its Alexstrasza. But she were created by Vanir Titan Eonar (Vanir = Earth) But so Eonar is sister of Zeus, creation of Gaia.
I vote eiter wilfred fizzlebang or the creator if all things is god.... It seems wierd that the lore even mentions that there was a Mysterious creator that made titans(wasnt ther?)
