    Wow it's amazing sir......mai toh 3 din se ye meditation start kiya hoon kaafi acha lag raha hai.........aapke words kaafi relaxed kar dete hai ........vaise saare game hamare thinking ka hota hai .......aap ko sunkar usko khud par applay kiya hoon ....itna acha lag raha hai ki words mea toh mai likh hi nahi sakta thank you sir.....🙏

    Yes this meditation is really working💯%... 😊kuch dino mein mere exam hai aur bahut pareshan tha...anxiety attack aa rahe the bar bar aur saath mein tabyaat bhi kharab ho gaya (acidity,diarrehea) ho gaya.. then i did your guided meditation i feel relax..its ok if i did not studies for exam... still i have little time for study ...and also i able to focus on my studies and recovering from mental fears of variety of things....thank you so much sir 🙏❤

      Hello I'm from nepal I don't know ye kya haye mein exam me aache se likh nhi sakti mujhe bhut dikat hota dar lagta haye mujhe answer aata haye but still I can't mera dar control hi nhi hota haye us time phir vi mein apna pura affrot dalti hu but also mein jitna Mark's observe krsakti hu utna observe nhi kr pati jiske wajh se mere paper kharab jata haye kharab Jane k baad khudpe bhut ghusaa aata haye jiske wajh se padhne ka mn bi nhi krta haye bec kitna vi preparation krlu exam me likhi nhi pati hu aachi se handwriting vi kharab hojaati haye eske wajh se meri mein avi 10 me hu espali mera board haye

    Thank you for this meditation I have my exams in upcoming 4 days and I was getting a lot anxious due to which I was forgetting all the concepts which I did but now I am feeling relieved and able to study again.

    Very nice material idhar kuch dino pahle kuch aisa hi huwa aur mai apney khuda ishwar par bharosa karkey apna prayas wa duwa jari rakha ab sthiti normal Hui.. aapka ye kimti audio sunkar aur wo palanhar kitna meharban rahta hai aankh se aansu aa gaye.

    I CAN'T EXPLAIN HOW MUCH I AM THANKFUL TO YOU. THIS MEDITATION IN ONE DAY BROUGHT MY MIND TO RELAXATION SO MUCH . I WAS IN A STATE WHERE I THOUGHT I NEED TO GET AN APPOINTMENT OF A PSYCHIATRIST AND GET MEDICINES OR I WILL GET MAD . BUT NO! YOU KIND OFF DID MIRACLE. THESE ARE ALL JUST IN MY MIND .. OVERTHINKING THE SITUATIONS.. MY MINDS ARE CAPABLE OF SOLVING THE THINGS AND CAN THINK IN POSITIVE WAY AND SOLVE BY ITS OWN. GRATEFUL.!
