      Really, depression is very bad experience.I myself is in depression 😭I wasted my 2 years by it(no happiness,not able to study and retain or remember anything,low energy, consider myself bad etc).
      Actually I was not aware with it that I am in depression.Now,I am taking medicine by the consultation of psychiatrist and watching sir's videos, which all help me in recovering.
      I just pray to god no one reach at this stage 🙏.

    Once i overcome my ocd and anxiety, i will do something new. My pshycristic give me only medicine. I donot like this. I will become a doctor . I will talk to my patients like brother and sister. I will listen his problem properly which i am lacking now. I will be a great mental health specialist. I will do it. Its my promise. I will do it. Jai shreee krishna.

    Sir, i am writing this for the first time.. I am suffering from severe depression and anxiety.. I tried to meditate several times but failed and didn't find any peace. Then one day i found your meditation and did that.. Its instantly calmed my mind.. Your voice is magical and peaceful.. Now whenever i feel stressed or depressed i start meditaton from your videos.. Youe videos are genuine sir..
    Sir,its my request to make a video on what to do if someone you deeply love cheat on you and leave you.. Not able to overcome from it since more than one year.. Can't forget that person even for a second not even while sleeping.. I love that person but i want to take revenge.. This feeling is not letting me live peacefully.. I feel like commiting suicide.. Please help me sir.. Please

    I am a PhD student who is suffering to maintain a balance life with work and self. Most of the I am not getting expected result for my professional work as a result of which I am becoming a depression student which obviously I don't. With this mediation guide I want my happy face back and no fear of failure rejections also.
