just the plate that fits between the engine and the transmission. Its thin but will work just fine, have to get some bolts and some washers to make it all fit.
You are the man! I was about to drag out the transmission or weld up a bracket to hold the starter. Do you have a webpage or blog describing what you have done?
just what I have here, I post on classicz.com forums a lot under the same handle. may have some post over there on the project, but most of what I went thru is here. The biggest problem I had was connecting up the distributor wires backwards to the spark module. Cause a world of odd behavior, polarity on that pickup coil matters... since I was cobbling it all together I did not have access to the correct sized lugs for the distributer connectors which were coded with a large and small hole. That simple mistake really set me back. Good luck with your project. I really like having it on the engine stand, nice to know its going to work before installing in the engine bay.
Dave, i want to run my engine on the bench too. For the starter, did you the dust cover as a bracket or make your own?
