advice to anyone buying a toro mower dont buy the smart stow with a briggs engine it will stall a sputter when going over even small bumps there is something wrong with the carbs on these engines! the super recycler is a great mower just be sure to get one with toro or honda engine
More like just the Honda engines. Dont buy the cheap chinese toro engines. Wont be able to find parts in 2 years.
Same issue with sputters going to return mine
No dealer has the Honda engine in stock

Those Toro branded engines are made by Loncin I believe. Yes, they are Chinese, but they are very good engines. Cast Iron Sleeve, ball bearings among other things.
I have the Briggs and Stratton Engine and it is a strong Engine with no problems...
Can you confirm whether the transmission is a metal housing or composite/plastic...

I have a older personal pace looking at getting a new one, but that no oil change is bs won’t last long
That is your guess anyway. I don't think that Briggs would put that on the market with 3 year warranty if it wouldn't work.
@@g4outdoors It doesnt work. Its a lie. Briggs and Stratton is all about planned obsolescence now. Its a total gimmick. Honda is better in every way.
Bought a new one recently only problem when pulling the wheels lockup. Any suggestions? Cuts great
1:30 in and he’s already missed the instructions on the box to not use a blade and to tear down the sides of the box and roll the mower out. He really didn’t need to do all that struggling.
Did they really send that out to you for free to keep?

Thanks for the video. Do the rear wheels still lock up when pulling back on the mower? Earlier versions of the personal pace had this issue. I am hoping that toro corrected this.
I’m not in possession of them anymore, but I do not recall them doing that. I would have pointed that out for sure,,,,,,,, if I noticed it. Let me make that a little more precise, when mowing, I did not notice it. When moving it around the garage, it definitely rolled free.
They have fixed that. Havent seen any with that issue. The only ones I have seen that do that are the Hondas.

@@joeraptor1 yep no worries. Im getting rid of my Honda cause it keeps doing that, even after I fix it. Selling it and getting a Super Recycler with the Honda engine
