@@AutomagicFishing There is Kokanee salmon in Utah. I go to Idaho steelhead and salmon fishing and I go salmon fishing in Astoria Oregon in August Buoy 10 every year.
Actually, I was out of eggs entirely. Normally, I cure my own. And depending on what I’m fishing will determine the cure I use. I had to go buy some at bi Mart. Also, I bought a jug of Amerman Eggs.
@AutomagicAdventures I like curing my own too but I've been out for a while, I was gonna ask where you get un-cured if you did. I bought a couple jars from ammerman last year. Pretty good eggs.
@@SilentBobber91 i’ve heard of a place in Eugene that sells pre-cured and also fresh. They are frozen fresh. Not ideal in my opinion. I like to cure my own eggs freshly out of the fish
@@AutomagicFishing I’ll can keep them alive for 3 days just bye change the paper towels and picking the dead one out and keeping them refrigerated I use to pump half 5 gallon bucket at a time when I live a the coast I would change the paper towel daily Lincoln city the best place to get shrimp 🦐
I've seen dried moss and wood chips used as well. Changing the material out is the key. Using a swivel on top of a spinner like you showed is a great move! I use them like that on spoons, too. I've hooked a lot of springers on Blue Fox Vibrax spinners like the one you were using. Brian, I heard you there at the end, and I'm barely able to move, a hot mess if ever there was one. I experience dizziness/balance issues, my heart is so weak it won't pump the blood up from my feet. I'm super slow because I have to be. Over the years, I've found spots that dont require a long and treacherous walk to access them. So i can still wet a line if im well enough to go. Long trips are hard on me because the blood collects in my feet and ankles. On top of that i need for sure 3 surgeries, and want a 2nd opinion on two more. Right now my cardiologist won't take me off blood thinners because of the 7 inch blood clot inside the lower left chamber of my heart. Watching a great guy like you fish is sometimes what keeps me hoping that I can get a bit better and fish more often, for longer. Don't feel sorry for me until you know how much I used to fish, and how many I've caught! I see a springer in your near future! And I've got a great seat for that show! @AutomagicAdventures
Love it Brian!!!
Thank you Cuz
Great video as always Brian really loved the message at the end of the video
Thank you buddy.
It’s so easy to let our focus of what’s really important get blurred
Brian I love watching your show for Utah l love steelhead fishing and salmon fishing.
Any chrome in Utah?

You need to go tear up the shad. Fishing deadline on WA side is crazy fun…… tight lines and hope to see ya get a springer soon.
I’ve seen that and it totally looks fun. I just would have no idea where to go to do it. Is that something you have expertise in?
Brian love the different places you take us to. We need to hook up and fish one day and take the drift boat out.
Let me know, Jeff! I totally be down to get out for a day somewhere
Catching up on video, cruising in Alaska. Fishing for halibut, Ling cos, ans bottom fish in Ketchikan tomorrow morning. So stoked.
Ha that’s what I’m talking about
Couldn’t agree more about not going to the meat holes. I’d rather be in a secluded area and get skunked in peace. Keep the great videos coming!
Awesome David I’m glad to hear that. I’m not alone in wanting to be alone, lol.
You always have eggs. Do you buy uncured and cure them yourself or is there a brand of pre cured that you like?

Can't catch fish everytime. You never know how a trip will end.
It’s a good thing. My middle name is a mixture of optimism and positivity.

Need to put paper towels down for your sand shrimp 🦐 dell stay fresher and live longer keep them from drowning in there own urine
Facts!! How long will they last with paper towels?
