The digital is loaded for offline use, the offline view of your tagss is the same as the printed paper. same exact info, no cell needed
I forgot that I needed to have the app left open when I go into areas that don’t have service. My phone would not even open the app. I had to get into a different area where there is a better service to get it to open.
