I'm proof that lack of sunlight can be the sole cause of mental depression. I was a perfectly happy person living in Georgia.... then moved the Vancouver Canada for a year. Well... canada was freakin awesome. Vancouver? get outa here! that place ROCKS! And yet... I experienced a strange new depression that I couldn't make sense of. When fall came, the cold, darkness and rain came... and then it just kinda stayed that way for months. Life was great, work was great... and yet I felt really sad. I yearned for something I couldn't quite place. It wasn't until spring came and I went for a walk... the ground and everything was still wet, but the sun actually shone through. Seeing the sun glisten on the wet sidewalk brought tears to my eyes. It revitalized me. At that moment I knew what was wrong with me. I just needed sun. Then I moved back to georgia. And life was good again! lol.
Definitely. I love the cold weather and I prefer night time, but I started working from home about 5 years ago ( I love everything about working from home, not one of those ppl that needs human interaction too often) but I could feel there was something off. My body was literally craving sunlight. I make myself go outside at least 5 minutes a day. It doesn't sound like much, but it does make a world of difference. I wouldn't be able to live somewhere that's always dark and gloomy

I learned a long time ago, NEVER buy a 1st generation product. Doesn’t matter what they promise, how cool it is, what it does. Don’t do it. Let others be beta testers.
If a first generation is replaced with a second generation product, it means the first generation product was maybe not that great. Tbh depends the product, don't be too paranoid and do your own research
But that’s the whole point: with a first generation product, what research do you want to find? There’s not much, mostly lab data. The long term field study, that’s you. I go with simple stuff that’s been around for years for skin care and my dermatologist says my skin is wonderful.
I think that you, Doc, look so increadibly cool just the way you are! You and your wife are such a beautiful couple, I hope you never feel that you lost your looks because of the alopecia. You didn’t!
Agreed 100%. Doc looks amazing. That dude in the video who thinks he looks young looks like he just got out of a coffin. LOL Our brain catches anything unnatural and does not perceive it as "goof". That's how our sub-conscience protects us from us being exposed to sick and dead so we don't catch some deadly virus.
The info on sun exposure may apply to usa but in Scandinavia it completely different. Most of the year uv is so low no protection is needed, and vitamin d deficiency and Vinther depression from lack of sun light are so common
You're definitely right up to a point; there are plenty of places where constant sun protection isn't necessary. Direct sunlight during the noon hours in summer probably still isn't recommended, even where you are (I'm in Belgium, so slightly more south, but not wildly different). For vit D direct exposure is best in mild climates, but you'd definitely be better off doing that in the morning or evening, like is stated in the video. For winter depression you don't need direct sunlight; indirect exposure already has a big impact on that. Tl;dr you're right that it's different in different places but in general the direct summer sun isn't your skin's friend.
The thing is obviously you can tell he’s not 18 when you look closely at his face. It’s his silhouette and even skin tone that give the impression of youth. The silhouette is so important. Look at Mick Jagger, the man does not fluctuate weight. His frame has changed little since his youth because he knows that in a coliseum a person sitting even 25 feet away will have the impression that Mick hasn’t changed at all in decades. Up close is another story obviously. But silhouette, muscle retention, and skin tone get you 90 percent there when it comes to retaining youthfulness. Those are all things you have a certain degree of power over.
That´s so true. This is interesting: I am 49, and I frequently go play basketball to a court that´s inside a sport complex where very young kids also play. Yes, the kind of kids that will think that being 49 is being half-dead:) But here´s the thing: my face looks around 40, which is also very old for them, and when their ball falls into the court I´m in, they will say variations of "please, sir, can you give us the ball?", but only when I am static. Due to genetics good fortune (and lots of exercise my whole life), my body is that of a 20 year old athlete and the abilities I was supposed to have lost with old age (jumping very high, sprinting, etc.) are still better than most young people who exercise. So when they watch me play, many of them, the same kids that will consider me a dinosaur if I was just standing there, have asked me if I play in professional teams...So the lesson is that young kids associate age, not so much with grey hair and lines, which I have, but with a particular body and especially the lost of certain skills that they have and old people don´t.
His facial fat distribution is 40+. My theory is he has deep damage from decades of sun exposure that isn’t reversible. You can blast off fine lines and wrinkles, but you can’t really restore your collagen and natural fat placement. Everything else could be younger, but most people don’t see the hallowing/hanging that he’s got until their 40s
As a woman who’s 53, I think he looks pretty darn young for 50, have you seen all the men in their 50’s on dating apps? Well I have and 99% of them have not aged well at all!
If you google him you can see the “before and after” pics. He definitely had a hairtransplant, admits he has fillers in his face so avoids the sun even more and eyelid surgery. For a men with obvious botox and filler, painting his new transplant hair he le looks (in my opinion) just his age.
In Asia and parts of South America, it is really common for women to carry umbrellas to protect from the sun. It's less commonly used now, but back in the day the term for a pretty colorful umbrella used for sun protection was "parasol" whereas a less decorative umbrella designed only to keep the rain off was called a "para-aqua." But guys never carried parasols. Parasols also really protect you from the heat.
I'm soon to be 58 and people assume I'm around 40. When I was 40 people thought I was 25. I've always worked out and I know about pushing myself. But I've been following a lot of the protocols similar to Brian. It really does make a difference. It doesn't cost as much as people think either a lot of the items you can purchase 100 bucks a month
Only certain types of weak collagen people age like that. My father was a long haul driver and there is zero difference. Plenty of people are not susceptible.
Brian is a great human, I'm pretty sure that all his efforts won't be senseless. I clearly understand why people are interested in anti aging that much - it's not about just looking younger, it's about dealing with all those diseases risks aging provides. I'd LOVE science to help us cure aging for real, so we won't just avoid wrinkles and stuff, but avoid cancer, Alzheimer and etc. That's why personally I'd love people to think about when we're talking about anti aging
I’ve been experiencing hair loss for quite awhile now. I had my thyroid checked, normal levels, besides thyroid antibodies. I never considered that lack of Vitamin D could cause hair loss! I work from home primarily, I guess this is my sign to get outside more.
Am unsure if this will help you with keeping your hair. It has worked for a few people I told of this. Be sure to eat protein with every meal, it's great for hair, skin & nails. Also, castor oil can help nourish hair at the follicle level. When I wash my hair, I put three drops of castor oil on my shampoo in my hand. Washing my hair while massaging my scalp. Then I leave it for ten minutes, rinse & condition as usual. Hope this helps.
If your Vitamin D levels are low, you probably need a high dose you need to take daily. Like 10,000+ IU. I have low vitamin D levels and also started to get hair loss. I was already taking 10,000 IU a day and still tested low, so I started having to take 15,000 IU a day. My thyroid levels were normal. I also started taking minoxidil which made a huge difference, biotin, hair vitamins, and I have scalp oil, I just have a hell of a time actually being consistent with it bc it takes a while to do properly.
@lindawilson795 it's a phrase that describes that kinda off, something isn't quite right but I can't put my finger on it, intuition that people get when looking at something that is supposed to be a real human, but isn't.
It’s cause his skin has sun damage that can’t be reversed but he’s de-aged everything else to some varying degree of success. It’s jarring to see smooth skin on a face with mature fat/collagen distribution paired with a physique that most people will never have even when they’re very young
Here in Australia especially North QLD it is a given to wear sunscreen and have an umbrella while doing shopping . Or just going for a walk. Very normal!
Now see, I would have thought Australia would have a large market for gigantic Mexican sombreros. I would be all over that. "Look at me! I'm Pancho Villa!"
i'll admit that brian looks a lot better than he did last time i saw him online. he's gone from looking like a gaunt corpse to a spry 60 year old with filler and veneers. edit: what's the over under on brian selling his own sunscreen?
Not a bet I'd take. I'm sure it's a sure thing. But not soon. I think sunscreen is far more complex to make and test than oil and the other stuff he sells
I see a lot of young people who have the complex of being too "pale" and it's a bit sad that they instead of accepting themselves, they eventually resort to combating this by over-exposure to the sun or even by abusing tanning salons. I think that this subject should be discussed more in our society. Thank you for the video !
I agree, I'm also extremely pale and I try to be okay with it. It's just my skin color and there's nothing ugly about it. It's just a stupid cultural standard... in some Asian countries they wish they had my skincolor. It just sucks that there's so many people here in the west who feel the need to comment on pale skin like it's a negative thing. "You'd look more healthy with a tan" or "I can't even tell that you went on vacation, did you even go outside?!" It's so dumb.. why can't we just accept skin colors as they are even if you tan or don't tan easily.
There aren't many pictures of Bryan without a filter (yes, even the video footage has a filter)...but when you do see that rare one, you will think he looks 50+ yrs old.

As a latin person, he looks his age. It's not just about the skin, it's about the shape of the face and body shape too, he doesn't have a young person body. If it is all about wrinkles, just get a lifting done.
Many consider the actor Alain Delon to be the most cosmetically perfect man in history. An analysis of his cosmetic appearance would make for an interesting video.
@@anitagarcia8056 There are many older folks who look "better" than people half their age, but that does not mean they still possess that "youthful" look/aura that only true youth can bestow.
You're looking at it the completely wrong way. As humans age, the likelihood of us developing diseases and becoming frail increases. But if we take good care of ourselves, the ageing process is more gentle, we can prolong our healthspan, and even increase our lifespan It's not a vanity project, he's actively working with researchers to see if he can slow down his biological clock, and as a result increase his lifespan and reduce the chances of getting age related diseases This is actually something many people would appreciate. I don't want to be an 80 year old that's full of wrinkles, has arthritis, can't hike etc etc. Research like this might help us be 80 or 90 years old, but still super healthy strong
He will die at some point but because he is sharing his journey he will add to anti-aging knowledge and that will benefit everyone in the future. I think he looks like a mannekin. (Sp?)
You haven't even looked into his philisophy... What you're saying couldn't be further from the truth. It's about the normalization of unhealthy lifestyles and how you can break the cicle of mistreating your body on a daily basis...
Ditch tanning. I'll be 60 in a few months and I constantly get compliments about my skin and not looking my age. I have no crepey skin, freckles, sagging, or wrinkles. I've been using Lubriderm moisturizer since I was a teen. I haven't even had a handful of tans. I have never smoked and I stopped social drinking about 6 years ago. I take various supplements when I feel like it and have an okay diet. Have to admit I've never used sunscreen but I get minimal exposure to sunlight by choice. It's easy to stay looking younger than your age and you don't have to be rich to do it.
I will be 58 years old and I am convinced that I look so much younger with no plastic surgery due to the following factors: 1. No sun, I was a poor teacher from the Smoky Mountains ( I never saw the sun due to cloud cover!!) 2. A good diet, organic meats and dairy, berries, nuts and array of rainbow veggies, no sugar or processed foods... 3. Sleep, at least 7-8 hours a night, I had to retire early to get more sleep... 4. I do not wear make-up on my face, but keep my face well moisturized all day. 5. I wash my face, then watered down cider vinegar, rosemary water, rice water, hyaluronic acid, probiotic cream, and then a heavy moisturizer such as Bee Naturals..... I also keep my hair natural and fluffy to cover up my wrinkles..... Last, but not least, the number one thing that will make you look younger is to SMILE!! I am a bar maid and work with a bunch of younger people, so I talk and dress younger and laugh all the time.....

As an Australian it was quite funny to me to see Brian earnestly saying all the 'SunSmart' stuff we get taught from childhood as if it's a big anti-ageing secret. Every Aussie kid knows 'Slip (on a shirt), Slop (on sunscreen), Slap (on a hat), Slide (on sunglasses) and Seek (shade)', and that "between 11 and 3, sit under a tree". There's a SunSmart app that tells you the current UV index and how much sunscreen you should put on (e.g. a full teaspoon on your face). All our sunscreen is broad-spectrum SPF50+. Anyway, go off Brian

Everyone fears ageing and death, primarily because we don't know what awaits us-or if anything does at all. The only way we can remain on this plane is if our bodies allow us to. Even if we factor out external injuries, we still face ageing, and as we all know, ageing is the natural process that leads to the breakdown of our bodies, ultimately forcing us off this plane. Eventually, the body becomes so weakened by age that it can no longer sustain us here. At that point, we unwillingly transition to the great beyond. If Bryan wishes to remain on this plane for as long as possible, I see no harm in that, as it’s only natural to hold on to what we know, and plus scientist are also using his work to understand ageing.
I finally realized recently why it looks so odd. Hair texture changes so much with aging. The lack of sheen on it that it used to have in youth, is more apparent when dying it darker in old age. That plus the natural lack of density makes it look obviously dyed.
🤩 It’s easy to take one video of Bryan Johnson out of context - you did a great job reviewing this one. If you watch many of his videos and interviews, one gets a really good broad perspective of his purpose, driving forces, intentions, motivators, etc. The best thing that I enjoy about watching him live his life is that he loves making fun of himself. Frankly, he does not give a toss about the negative comments - and that in itself is a lesson for all of us (no matter on what side of the fence you fall). ✌🏽
Bryan Johnson is 47 years old , Why so much HATE against this guy ? he 's experimenting on himself and pushing his boundaries , nothing wrong with that !
I don't think there's "hate", he does a lot of good things, and he's very well-intentioned, I just don't think we must sacrifice aesthetics (skin colour) and we can both prolong lifespan and age much well while also looking less pale, not to mention the elephant in the room which is having a good sex life (yes, frequency counts), which doesn't quite benefit from being so pale and using rapamycin (that inhibits the growth factors' pathways including those related to telomeres)
The best way to keep looking young is 1: stay trim (eat healthy and smaller portions), 2: spend an hour a day on upping your cardio-pulmonary, 3: avoid stress (stay positive) 4: no smoking 5: no drinking. We think we need all these things: booze, carbs, tv and computer screens. Nope

@@NgG-g2n I live in Canada so it's a heck of a lot easier for me. Avoiding stress is a trained state of mind. It's about doing a good honest triage within oneself as to what's important. But yeah, it helps to not live in a less fortunate place.
You don’t actually get any vitamin D from morning sun, but you do get infrared and red light therapy and it sets up your circadian rhythm and regulates hormones. I guess it depends slightly on what your definition of morning is, but early morning you get zero vitamin D, even if the sun is up.
Lets be honest it won't cause extraordinary change in reversing the age The people who look way younger than their age have genes which allow them to look younger
I get looked at weirdly for using an umbrella on a hot day. Good on him. I personally cannot do what he does. Each to their own; as long as you’re not hurting anyone in the process. You do you.
I've also seen other videos where he does get facial procedures along with all the other extreme measures. He does extreme measures including "natural" and procedures (I have never seen anything like a facelift but saw major facial procedures!)
What I've noticed is after about 43 it's difficult for most people to look truly youthful. Not everyone but most. After that age you then clearly look middle aged. I think it's a combination of bad habits such as alcohol, poor diet, physical aging, plus accumulated UV exposure, even years of stress, we know stress is bad for aging us and as adults we do get a lot of it which comes with responsibility with work and family, paying bills etc. Of course you can still get the odd person who looks a lot younger than their age and can still look youthful well into their late 40s up to maybe 50 but these are not the norm. These people tend to have looked after themselves for a long time and recognized from an early age about having a healthy lifestyle. Good genes help too, if you look younger than your age and most of your family does then this can be a sign of where you get it from.
Looking young is a matter of genetics, and there's no way of changing that. Even with a millionaire's treatment, this man looks 50, while there are poor people in their 50s who look 30
My father has been heavy drinking and drugs for 32 years straight and he somehow looks….good? He looks all of 50 but he still looks good. Not overweight or heavy wrinkles, hairline still holding on.
Having such a strict regime and calorie controlled diet induces so much stress. Despite all his efforts to become young.. honestly side by side he could be my dad and I’m 46
This guy spends $2 million annually trying to look young and even gets plasma transfusion from his 17-year-old son, all to still look like his age. What's wrong with looking 46 when you're 46? Hard cope
This video is mainly just about sun exposure but there is a lot more to anti-aging that could have been talked about too such as diet, sleep, lifestyle, stress, and more.
Honestly, if he is truly taking blood transfusions from his son, that is probably the number one thing that is helping him stay young. There is crazy research out there about two lab mice, one young and one old being surgically linked vascularly. The young one got "older" and the old one got "younger". Crazy stuff. Should try to find that mad science article again.
imagine chasing youth and wasting all that money and time instead of living the life and living in the moment. no one will live forever no matter what tricks he tries. he just looks exhausted and older for his age.
He already made his money and jumped off the hamster wheel. He's living in the moment and following his dreams. He's got enough money to live it up for a thousand years he's just trying not to run out of life.
Dr. Gary, I've been taking oral Polypodium Leucotomos for a few weeks now and it's prevented me from getting bad sun burns. I wanted to ask, what is your opinion on it? Btw, I still use sunscreen, more specifically, I use Beauty of Joseon Aqua Fresh since I have oily skin
He’s 47 as we speak, how don’t people realize time is so valuable, so priceless, how are we rounding years onto people? Years aren’t nanoseconds. Imagine everything one can accomplish in two-three years.
His skin looks in good condition but we need to understand that he is still aging from the inside. Bone structure recedes, hair quality won't the same, in spite of eating health because humans are not meet to live forever. We can only improve the quality of our life, so that we fon't suffer from chronic diseases but that's it. And many medical doctor's have said this, when falking about new medical technology.
He’s actually reversed aging in some of his organs. I forgot which one but an organ according to doctors is in the condition of an 18 yo. He broke the ages of parts down in a video. His hearing is bad tho.
No one’s said he wasn’t aging. It’s about SLOWING DOWN the aging process. His vitals prove it. He’s doing great work for advancement of our understanding of aging. It’s not just a superficial cosmetic thing.
I dont understand why so many comments are negative. To take care of yourself physically and mentally is very important as that is all we have and if we dont, no one would. You might want to take care of yourself, but you have no reasons to put down those are.
Because he comes across as an insecure and very self absorbed person. Fighting aging like he does always results in a strange look, if you look at those older women whose vanity made them inject a ton of fillers and botox into their faces. They never really achieve a younger look, superficially of course they don’t have wrinkles and have plump cheekbones but you will never see a real 21 year old having that specific look. They look like old people who try to look young. Human brain is very good at detecting very slight changes in bone structure and predicting age accurately.
@@Stu49583 Having tons of surgeries is one thing but taking good care of yourself is another. If his age is unknow, majority of the viewers wont even say any negative comments.

I said the same about mRNA vac, let others test it, and a lot of people became upset.

The info on sun exposure may apply to usa but in Scandinavia it completely different. Most of the year uv is so low no protection is needed, and vitamin d deficiency and Vinther depression from lack of sun light are so common
But then why do you people still age like milk just like other white people?
Yes, all, this bro science is blind to the world outside California.
Same here in Germany
You're definitely right up to a point; there are plenty of places where constant sun protection isn't necessary. Direct sunlight during the noon hours in summer probably still isn't recommended, even where you are (I'm in Belgium, so slightly more south, but not wildly different). For vit D direct exposure is best in mild climates, but you'd definitely be better off doing that in the morning or evening, like is stated in the video. For winter depression you don't need direct sunlight; indirect exposure already has a big impact on that. Tl;dr you're right that it's different in different places but in general the direct summer sun isn't your skin's friend.
That sunlight coming off the snow burned my face up in a single afternoon.
Good insight 👍
Maintaining the same weight, sunscreen and eye cream goes a long way

His facial fat distribution is 40+. My theory is he has deep damage from decades of sun exposure that isn’t reversible. You can blast off fine lines and wrinkles, but you can’t really restore your collagen and natural fat placement. Everything else could be younger, but most people don’t see the hallowing/hanging that he’s got until their 40s
As a woman who’s 53, I think he looks pretty darn young for 50, have you seen all the men in their 50’s on dating apps? Well I have and 99% of them have not aged well at all!

That’s because most of those men are lying about their age. If they claim they’re 50 - add 10 years for their real age.

In Asia and parts of South America, it is really common for women to carry umbrellas to protect from the sun. Brian is a great human, I'm pretty sure that all his efforts won't be senseless. I'd LOVE science to help us cure aging for real, so we won't just avoid wrinkles and stuff, but avoid cancer, Alzheimer and etc. That's why personally I'd love people to think about when we're talking about anti aging
Aging is a part of life, not a disease.
And heavy metals too.
Try collagen supplements

Bryan is a nut case! Even his wife said that he was afraid of aging and death. Dr. Gary .. I LOVE listening to your common sense theories. Thank you.
He dyes his hair took dark. Makes him look strange. Men sometimes do this - dark hair and brows but their faces are too old for that to look good
YES, so true. IT just comes out this waxy looking orange/brown. Just let it go bro!
Often they dye it too dark. He would look way better with dyed light brown hair.
I finally realized recently why it looks so odd. Hair texture changes so much with aging. The lack of sheen on it that it used to have in youth, is more apparent when dying it darker in old age. That plus the natural lack of density makes it look obviously dyed.

Apparently the morning sun is the best to get your intake of vitamin D. Don't know how true that is, but does feel good.
You don’t actually get any vitamin D from morning sun, but you do get infrared and red light therapy and it sets up your circadian rhythm and regulates hormones. I guess it depends slightly on what your definition of morning is, but early morning you get zero vitamin D, even if the sun is up.
Lets be honest it won't cause extraordinary change in reversing the age

Agreed however it’s also in part a study using himself as a guinea pig
I like him.
Having such a strict regime and calorie controlled diet induces so much stress. Despite all his efforts to become young.. honestly side by side he could be my dad and I’m 46
How has someone who does not look younger than his age become an authority on how to look younger than his age?🤔
He is trying to age backwards , he didnt care for his skin until his mid 40s .
Because we live in a crazy world!
He just didn't take care of his body for 40 years, of course he won't reverse all that damage within a few years...
@@Luckyluckyluc ...and yet he looked waaaaay younger and healthier before he started all his treatments.
@@grantmail4112 No, he didn't. That's what people think, just like the tan that is healthy. People are d*mb.
I just want to say I love your channel. Thank you for your efforts for making this channel.
How to not look old. Be a billionaire so you can buy a lot of gadgets and supplements and have a lot of free time.
You can sell children too! Sacrafice their youth for yours!
5:50 that isn't even nearly enough sunscreen though for the face
This guy spends $2 million annually trying to look young and even gets plasma transfusion from his 17-year-old son, all to still look like his age. What's wrong with looking 46 when you're 46? Hard cope
He is doing research to increase life span by limiting the process of ageing. What's wrong in that?
@@wrightvcx2249 he's just obssessed
@@wrightvcx2249going? -than tell us when you HAVE a result. Not before.
@@wrightvcx2249 there are far too many humans on earth anyway. i don't see expanding the life span more is any good for this planet.
I knew it...he is a vampire!?!?😳🤔😄
This video is mainly just about sun exposure but there is a lot more to anti-aging that could have been talked about too such as diet, sleep, lifestyle, stress, and more.
The only person on the planet that is not aging is Paul Rudd.
Wentworth miller
@@Bakstonisjdjoh yes!!! Correct!!! Him even less aging
Morgan Freeman
and RuPaul... 😂😂😂❤❤❤
@myscreen2urs Yes, Morgan Freeman has always looked 80 years old. Good call 👍
Lately I've been using my car sun visor on the left side many times
Honestly, if he is truly taking blood transfusions from his son, that is probably the number one thing that is helping him stay young. There is crazy research out there about two lab mice, one young and one old being surgically linked vascularly. The young one got "older" and the old one got "younger". Crazy stuff. Should try to find that mad science article again.
It's disgusting that he's basically using his son like a human bloodbank
His goal is not only to reverse his appearance of age, but also to not die. You can’t convert money into immortality. Good luck buddy…
imagine chasing youth and wasting all that money and time instead of living the life and living in the moment. no one will live forever no matter what tricks he tries. he just looks exhausted and older for his age.
You’re not wrong but that aside, research and evolution in science isn’t without sacrifices.
He already made his money and jumped off the hamster wheel. He's living in the moment and following his dreams. He's got enough money to live it up for a thousand years he's just trying not to run out of life.
You didnt understand also your concept of live a life is clearly different
I love bryan Johnson and the info he gives us for free! 💙 he s a legend
You dont need an umbrella to look like Mary Poppins or Michael Jackson, a good wide brim hat will do. 😂
I always thought his skin had a weird undertone to it that made him look really unhealthy. He seems to look a bit healthier right now, so that's good.
He looks the age he is but the health of his body is much younger I might try some of the things he’s doing to keep my body healthy longer
"The health of his body is much younger." That makes no sense. Also, health and youth are not the same thing.
He’s 47 as we speak, how don’t people realize time is so valuable, so priceless, how are we rounding years onto people? Years aren’t nanoseconds. Imagine everything one can accomplish in two-three years.
He’s 47? He looks like a plastic person in his 50’s.
I understand ppl have skewed perspective and thinking. I look 20 years younger than those who that of my age just because of my genetics and living a healthy lifestyle - no alcohol no smoking, exercise (weight, run, flexibility trainings) since I was 11, keep stress to the minimal, except at times I didnt have enough sleep). I looked like 13 when I was 28. When I was 46 which is the age of Bryan Johnson of this edit, I looked younger than him. I never told any ppl how old I am after I was 30 because because no one is happy to know my age. Ppl who are younger than me feel they look so much older and ppl are older than me also feel the look so much older. So why tell - this is exactly why all the negative comments here toward Johnson.
He's not taking care of himself. This man has some mental health challenges and is obtuse enough to promote it publicly. That is dangerous.
He looks 50 just very pale
FYI umbrellas are great, but you still need sunscreen. There's lot of light that bounces up, which the umbrella won't stop
