Nice review. All boats have compromises on some features based on mission, costs and size. This one try’s to have all, overnight, pilot house for cooler/wetter rides, fishing deck size . It does try too much with rear folding seat, trying to make it more of a socialize day cruiser but takes away from its fishing first design. Parker’s are still a nice true pure fish boat for cooler climate fishing. I generally only fish on good weather days and do a bit more cruiser activities with no overnights onboard so I got a CC. I also like ease of docking and trolling by myself that a CC affords with great visibility and quick rail/rod access from CC helm.
@ 3:03 Looking at the underneath coaming, I guess that's what you call it, there is a separation on the caulking. I'm sorry Parker guys, but I'm not impressed with the finish work. I personally like Parkers but just looking at the video at 3:03, there is so much wasted space underneath that pilot seat. How bout a storage box under the seat with drawers? Throw a "shock wave" under that seat or a better setup. This is just my two cents, I'm sorry if I offended anyone, but looking at the pictures there is room for improvement in my opinion. A killer tackle drawer behind that seat would be pisser.
Nice review! Some Defiance inspired additions to this new model except one I really like on my 220EX - Batteries and switch gear located in the cab in vented storage. Unless you have second station in the cockpit, what is the purpose of all that space behind the helm? Is there enough space for a second inboard facing jump seat?
No there’s not enough space behind the helm seat for another, needs about 6-8” more. Maybe if they bring back the 2330 they could fit it (I would highly like this option). Otherwise the space is kind of a blank canvas, build in extra tackle storage? Good place for a cooler? Lots of options…. They should def have a place for a house battery inside, maybe in the waster passenger side space that’s easily accessible? Just make a removable plate for access… 🤔
I'm glad I didn't wait for this boat. The fish boxes are tiny and the cabin was very small and unless your a midget you arent going to slieep on that birth, its tiny. I'm only 5'9" and my feet were hanging over then end by 2 feet. Glad I got the best boat for so Cal- Davis 25 bahia.
parker was sold to a investment conglomeration not the same i have a 2016 25 ft walk around you can see they are cutting corners on finish 23 ft is their flagship this is a new model dont buy not the same company
I've spent time alot on boats from Parkers to Rangers, Conch, Contender, Sea Hunters, Freeman and hands down the Parker has always been one of the most uncomfortable rides. Frankly they ride terrible. Compared to everything I listed. Most guys who have owned them have moved on.
I heard, but have not confirmed this one rides better. I was told it doesn’t ride bow high like the previous models. Twins should help the stern lift a little also….. we will see.
The widow frame all-around and rubber gaskets suck it will soon leak! the chrome is cheep... the seal under the rub rail sucks will soon leak. Parker is a shell of what it used to be when it comes to quality!!You get what you pay for with production boats!!There all Crap!!!

I have a Grady w/a and I'm getting ready to move to a pilot house I've been looking, I'm leaning towards Defiance
Not crazy about the Defiance. I'd probably go for a Steiger Craft pilot
What are the fishing predictions for this year ?

My wife wants a 2330 extended cabin in the worst way

The fish box in the transom is huge btw! The floor is just for smaller fish or dock bumpers.
Worst Place go put batteries, in the bulge ….. what are you guys thinking?

Is the cockpit larger than the 2320? I wish Parker had overhead drawings of their boats (they used to have to on the web site but no more)!
Slightly longer, def taller.
What's the height on trailer?

You don't buy a Parker pilot house for the ride, buy it for the fishing deck space. I am on my second Parker 2320.
@@tn6504You have to get to the fishing grounds and back
I love my 2320. No plans to move on anytime soon
Can you get the optional helm?
Yes
I bet that boat ride rough with seating in the front.
Gotta compare them to Steiger and other similar.
Steiger is a real Boat!!!! Parkers Made Today are Crap!!
Steiger all day
The Porta potty is out in the open like that? I guess you don’t need privacy? 😳
Same as the last
If you bought this over the ranger tug r23, YOU WOULD BE A FOOL.
Not even a rational comparison
I don't like the new cabin. No room in the v berth. The front windows are too slanted. The 2320 has a much better cabin, both roomy and better looking.
