You are STEM and I am English (teaching 8th grade for the first time next year...), so some of my questions are ELA specific, but maybe class management would be something I would be interested in... TY for all you do; it is extremely helpful!
I don't really understand how elementary teachers can do it, but to have to teach the depth of a HS level course that's new every year is such a toll sometimes.

I am experiencing the same thing: shifting grade levels EVERY YEAR -- too much!
