Today I’m going to be sharing with you how to make the best arroz con pollo, this is one of my kids favorite, the chicken is so juicy and flavorful that seriously everyone leaves the table happy 😊 this dish is one of my favorites to cook as well because it’s soooo easy and you have it all in one dish 😅

Tip: allow you arroz to sit for a few minutes before serving 😊
🌶 🔥 if you don’t like spicy foods don’t add the chile flakes, without them your dish is still going to be super flavorful😊😉
Ingredients:
4 pieces of chicken thighs
1 cup white rice
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
2 roma tomatoes (chopped)
1/4 red/purple onion (chopped)
1 red/green bell pepper (chopped)
Handful chopped cilantro
2 minced garlic cloves
2 bay leaves
2 tsp paprika
1/4- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin
Your favorite chicken seasoning
Ground Black pepper
1 tsp chicken bouillon
1 serving of love 💕

I've tried making arroz con Pollo many times but gave up because my rice is always mushy. I will attempt it again using your recipe because it looks absolutely delicious!

Claudia, I made this along with the Agua Fresca de Cafe (and I also made the tres leches several times a few months ago) and let me tell you😍 it is sooooo delicious, I don’t need to take out/add anything, it is perfect every time, thank you very much for the time you put into these videos!!
Made this tonight and was delicious. Both me and my mum loved it so thank you. I did add some other seasoning to my dish too but that's what's so cool about this dish, is that everyone does it different. Definitely recommend others to try it and do it themselves 👌🏾👌🏾

Perfect timing! I was looking for something to do with the chicken thighs I had thawed. I used your recipe, but I also put 2 chopped up serrano peppers in, and I only had yellow onion. But, it came out delicious. The family loved it. Thank you.

i made this recipe tonight & it was soo delicious! added a chopped jalapeno as well 😋 my sister has a recipe similar to this that ilove as well, but with diced pork and substitute the bell pepper for jalapenos. anyway, your recipes have never failed me, thanks Claudia! 💕😋

This recipe was great! Super easy to make. I added a can of fire roasted tomatoes instead of romas and I also added a small can of hot green chilis. Was super good and the chicken came out perfect. Great video!

This recipe was very good and had lots of flavor! Cook time took more time than what is stated in video so not a weeknight after work friendly meal. I seasoned my chicken with Badia all purpose seasoning and added Spanish olives and added a little more water, other than that followed recipe as written. I have made a different arroz con pollo from TH-cam and no where near the flavors of this one. Great recipe Claudia!

I made this dish and it was delicious. I used whole chicken parts and singed the skin with boiled water to get out the excess fat. Although with the parts I had plenty of oil from the skin. Thank you for sharing. My family loved it. Note: This weekend I am going to try to make the Huevos Enbobijados :)
