and good map! Vermeer is an interesting setup, classic, mystery one, lol, and is not used as often, hope to see more games on this amazing map! Thanks, and 😊☮☝👆👉
I really admire royal for not giving up on the battle cruiser dream and for remembering to use restore, but I wish he would give up on battlecruisers and buy some more valks instead. I wanna see a terran hunt all those bloated supply depos the zerg piles everywhere.
Radiate and irradiate mean slightly different things. To radiate mean release energy by means of radioactivity (during beta decay the atom radiates some of its energy away), while to irradiate means to douse someone or something in radiation (The nuclear reactor irradiated the surrounding area).
Irradiate damage most definitely does stack. So if you got 2 irradiated units sitting next to or if flying on top of each other it will double the damage.
I think they lied to you about the supply depot indicates vulture thing. If anything, wall building indicate faster cc (before depot instead of after I think, I'm not a T player so not 100%). I guess going 1-1-1 means delaying cc, but that would mean vulture implies no wall (which is useless information), not the other way around.
I was confused about that, too. Regardless of the supply depo wall or no depo, it doesn't indicate anything. it's all about the cc timing. If there's no cc before 3 minutes, it's almost always an early vulture or some werid 2 rax opener.
probs meant to irradiate. with those few hit points, neither ability was needed that ultra would habe died without the science vessel using either ability
Man alive, an impressive game. A shame for so many people pivoting into SK Terran and weakening their strategy by not including the excellent Goliath to counter enemy aircraft. Yes, SK Terran is faster and cheaper than including Goliaths and mech, but there's a reason why FlaSh became the greatest Terran player in history. Anyways, another great game Falcon, take care.
It always makes me chuckle when falcons 3 braincells (his words) come in to play: "he has a valkery, 3 seconds later: he can't have science vessels, he doesn't have a starport" 😂😂😂
11:42 Irradiate and radiate are not quite the same thing. If something radiates, it emits energy. If it is irradiated, that means energy has been emitted onto it. I interpret the irradiate spell as blasting the target with a neutron beam. Those neutrons would get absorbed, destabilize the host atoms, and make the target radioactive. Why that makes a glowing green cloud is…a mystery.
this is a good one, and wow, not a single tank from Royal? Uncharacteristic? Though I know he goes Marine heavy perhaps as well. Good match, both players in beginning and mid kept up the back and forth, and even Royal, for a while there, managed to stay at least MOSTLY on par with True. But it was too long, that Battlecruiser lose was EXPENSIVE too. Good one, both players really near each other's level, and TRUE is a VETERAN of this game, Royal too, though don't know just how long he has been playing. Seemed.....slower in development than usual in this game. Good back and forth in this one, pretty much the entire game until one player started gaining the upper hand. Thanks, Falcon. Gold star and thumbs up🌟👍Quality, good match.
My favorite is valuable vs invaluable, they mean the same thing. I was very confused the first time i heard it despite words like complete and incomplete meaning opposites 😂
If spawn broodling loses to mech most of the time we would see terrans go mech more often. It's actually exactly the opposite of what you say. Spawn broodling works so well against mech that it virtually forces terran to go bio.
Love to see restoration being used but i wonder if its effective to add two SCVs to the death ball to build forward turrets (defense against scourge) and repairing BCs
Totally agree with you on that. Tvz is such a fast matchup is the problem it feels .Medics dont have a long enough life span to gather enough energy to both restore plagued units and heal marines without draining all their mana and die. I always wondered if getting medic energy upgrades would help more with that issue, but the bio dies insanely fast in the late game, so it might not get the time to gather energy for it. I do wish more terrans do repairs on pleaqued vessels maybe just deselect plaqued vessels from control group sent them home for repairs and fight on without them untill plague wears off. Apm taxing, no doubt, probably makes more sense in lower ranks, but just my opinion
While I do agree, you also have to consider how you even wanna balance consume. Do you wanna make it give less energy per consume? If yes then the zerg player will just have to produce more zerglings to compensate. Ultimately it's definitely Plage and Dark Swarm that have more room for proper balancing. Personally I think Dark Swarm is easier to counter than Plague. That ability is basically a better Psi storm that cannot be dodged. Sure it doesn't kill, but it doesn't need to. It just lasts too damn long.
Flammable and inflammable do not mean the same thing 😂. Radiate and irradiate don't mean the same thing either. @11:46 Irradiate, for example, is getting hit with radiation. You're irradiated by an x-ray machine that radiates x-rays.
I have a question. by experience, i know burrowed lurkers under dark swarm don't take damage from siege tank (even from their splash). I wonder if the same can be said about NUKE. If the answer is "no", them i would happly ask a zerg player in game "CAN YOUR CLOUD PROTECT YOU FROM THIS, MOTHERFOCKER?!" Even if its not efficient, optimal or effective, i would be happy to try.
Anything in dark swarm takes damage from splash. Even lurkers. If there's something on top of your lurker, or another lurker is burrowed close to it, it'll take splash from tank hits. And because that's true, nuke splash works, too.
@@TheFlyingZulu years since I've last seen nukes used in a ladder match. But if nukes can be used effectively its tide turning strategy. To deal with choke points, dark swarms, and lurkers. You can counter queens with ghosts, valkeryies or vessels. Lockdown and irradiate. They're is always something to counter, its just if you use it that game.
@@TheFlyingZulu yea you don't start mech, you gradually go into mech after rine medic firebat. Then transition to mech according to race. But its best to keep some units around based on race your playing against. Like fire bats can be good against zerg and protoss, building fire bats along tier 3 units isn't a bad idea while fighting zerg with dark swarm or something they'd be useful.
@@DarkSoulja3323 It's not like Zerg dont also have Dark Swarm, and there's also Queens. That's just ability using units. Zerg are already strong as it is. Giving them the ability to reduce hp of all untis to 1hp...That's ridicoulous. Especially without a proper counter. Restoration on medics for example...Why doesn't it work in an AOE to counter plague then? The plague is TOO useful.

Yay. Restoration. SUCH a powerful spell. So sad it never gets used. I'm glad to see a game where it features.

I’m a simple man. I see a falcon paladin upload and i like the video before I watch it 🤷🏻♂️
Accidentally Defense Matrixing the Ultra is pretty cool
that was a stupid loss for royal. all that apm and he couldn't focus the hatcheries.
11:42 radiate and irradiate have different meaning. But I get what you mean. Yeah agree on the flammable and inflammable part 😂
Oh, I see what you mean. The sun radiates heat, which is different from a science vessel irradiating a defiler. Hmmm.

Zerg, Terran, or Protoss moon? Or did Samir Duran RETURN yesterday? Zeratul: "WHAT is THIS?????"

Reading from all the comments I have decided to root for Zerg this game.
Don't fail your good friends? What are u doing?
Look what you've done.

go ultra and difiler and terran no chance of winning.
