The smallmouth have been nailing this this summer have it in a smaller size with gold and white hair with crystal flash in the gold hair and dumbell eyes. Can't wait to tie my own variations this winter.
Going to try this here in Hawaii on the flats. we have a mixture of sand and coral areas. Very nice simple pattern. I have yet to catch a bonefish, but my time is coming soon. Aloha
I'm new to tying and just love these videos. Been making this one for my trip to Bermuda, easy to follow, can you provide a print3d list of materials and step by step written instructions? Can't view while I tie. Also, do you make a Sili Legs Gotcha?
Hi Scott and thanks for the kind words. This is one of my earlier videos, and the best way to get the material list is to pause the video at the eight second mark and take a screenshot. A Sili Legs Gotcha is something I haven't tied...yet! Thanks again! Tim www.troutandfeather.com
Great video! Tied a half dozen of these suckers in no time. Excited to try these out fly fishing around Key Largo next month! Will Seatrout and Snook also go after these? Thanks!
Thanks for the kind words, Nate, and this fly will work on many species, including sea trout for sure. Please let me know how the trip goes...good luck! Tim
I have yet to fish for them yet, Killer Fuzz, but hope to SOON! This is a pattern I've tied for other species, including stripers (in lighter colors) and largemouth (darker patterns fished slowly along the bottom). It's been a great pattern for me over time, being that the video is over six years old! ;-) Also, feel free to shoot me an email (tcammisa@gmail.com) and I'll add you to my email updates for more tips; thanks! Sounds like a killer, Andy, thanks for sharing. I'm heading to Alaska this summer. If you have any advice, shoot me an email: tcammisa@gmail.com Thanks! Tim

+Ryan Keene It's definitely a great fly, Ryan, and I'd love to hear about the variations you create. Tim

Absolutely, James; go for it and good luck! TC
what vise are you using
Thanks for the question, Christina, and I tie with a few of them. In this video, the vise was a Renzetti Traveler. TC

That's another way of doing it
Thanks, Syd. Tim www.troutandfeather.com
