After 3-month treatment, my derm guided me into stress-reduction mindfulness (Jon Kabat-Zinn) as a part of long term rosacea management. It works for me. I didn’t know stress is a big NO NO for skin. Thank for for bringing this up!

Makes more sense that I have been so stressed for like months.. then I have been stress eating as a way to cope. I was frustrated with all the flare-ups that I started trying on the spot treatments which made it worse..

Dr. Park, I used to read your blog ages ago, it’s so fun to find you again here! I immediately subscribed. 🎉 I think you had just gotten married when my life got too full to keep up with blogs. Happy to hear your family has grown! I appreciated your talk here about chronic stress… my skin is not doing too well and everything you covered here was really helpful. My stress is mostly from a good life full of good things… but my skin is telling me to calm things down. Just wanted to say hello and a big thank you for sharing here.

Oh my gosh WELCOME! And thanks for being here ❤️ It has been a while since I posted on my blog but it still has a special place in my heart since that’s where tea with me started 13 years ago. I hope my videos are helpful and please lmk if there are topics you’d like to see me cover!

Would love to hear your opinion on early greying of the hair! And aging skin in terms of derma-logical changes, not just cosmetic changes. For example, is it normal to get acne when you’ve never had it before etc?

Hi!! I’d actually love to hear your experience deciding to go to medical school and choosing dermatology as a specialty & maybe a video on biggest mistakes people make when starting a new skin care routine. I’m finishing my undergrad at brown u and just realized I might be interested in dermatology (:

    • @lilianamack619

Also I’m curious about using spironolactone for acne / if you ever prescribe that to patients

Fun fact: I almost went to Brown for undergrad as part of the PLME program! I visited the Brown campus for admit weekend and really fell in love. Ultimately I wasn't ready to move too far away from home yet :) I actually just filmed a video about the twists and turns in my career path and how I landed on dermatology. That will be uploaded this weekend!

First of all yay I’m glad your back to YT🎉💗 I think some interesting video ideas would be like skincare myths, maybe a skin care must haves video, baby products, or also a a video on barrier health/repair because that’s very important !

I’d love a sensitive skin specific 101. I know you can build up on retinol but can you do that with asorbic acid?

    • @TeawithMD

Great question, and yes, there are different types of Vitamin C that are suited for different skin types. For sensitive skin I like THD vitamin Cs!

I will absolutely make a video on pregnancy and breastfeeding safe skincare - that's such an important topic. And yes SA is fine as long as it's not a leave on product
