In Tally accounting - Having issue with MULTI CURRENCY. The Closing Balance of Base currency is giving false amount (I.E The closing balance exchange rate if converted is wrong), The USD amount is OK. But the base currency is wrong. How do I fix?

10000/Rs debit kiya tha but kuch stationery bach gaya of Rs 3000/

For any purchase of item whether we should consider purchase to creditor a/c or purchase to cash a/c?
If we purchase goods on credit then we debit creditor a/c
Similarly, purchase goods on cash , then cash a/c will be debited..
