journal entry type of teaching is the correct way of presentation. also remember tax compliances, inventory reporting, mis ageing reconciliation assets reports can be done via data and linked to driver folder data group wise for immediate review subject to every minute entry.ie data base process via data facility in excel and tally which is user friendly all functional are important and this gentleman who speaks in english hindi beautifully presented god bless him and his team. rgds ram
