Really really impressive sir. I'm in my startup process to build my own gasifier and have watched a hole bunch of videos on YT but your's is defenetly the one I would like to build. I'm impressed how you manage to use most scrap metal and put it together like it was designed for your gasifier. And then it seems to work very smooth and clean. For sure you have both the skills and a loooot of hours behind. Hats off. You now have a huge thumb up from Sweden 😊

Im part way through watching, I realised that Im very much like you! My workshop is bigger than my living area and just a door away from the refrigerator. Well done on the low cost approach. Im particularly impressed by the box section pipework- very innovative. Thank you for clearly labeling all the components. If we were closer I would get you over to attend to my wiring- Im wishing that I could confidently wire up a change over system for the mains/generator. My gasifier build is about 4 days away from it's first fire up. It's all being filmed and will be on my channel within a week. Oh and you have a new subscriber.

Nice equipment ! I guess is the most advanced woodgasifier generator I have ever seen on youtube! Do you sell /share the blueprints ?
I wanna build one to power a generator on my boat as gasoline soon will become a luxury product.

Exellent apparatus sir. What is the maximum duration were you able to run it for without inturruption? Is the gassifire reactor made from stainless steel? why did you use two blowers instead of one unlike usual builds. What filter systems did you use?

about 1.5 hr generator running. haven't tried for any longer yet but I think you might need to add more wood around 1.5 to 2 hr. the reactor is made from air tank, freon tank, and some sort of big exhaust fitting from a scrap yard. all steel. 2 blowers gave me about the same amount of air that the generator uses. it also works good to have one in front of the filters to prime the generator and help when first running. first filter has layers of fiberglass duct insulation. the second has polyester quilting layers.

That is the best design I have ever seen. Every detail attended to and I am still amazed at how quickly you started producing usable gas. What did you use for reference or did you build that wonderful machine from trial and error ?

@@peterhendershot6070 thanks, got my ideas from you tube vids and a good book by Andrew Rollinson. I'm a retired hvac contractor and I know about air flow. Lots of trial and error and tar but I finally hit on the right combo of lots of things.
. worked on it for a year or more and gave up a few times but it's finally working good
