Adding these to my next session. From someone who’s torn their labrum and biceps tendon (and now fully recovered) from a shoulder injury.. I can’t have that happen again and need to lift safely. Really appreciate it guys.
well, neither DB or KB shoulder press can't hold up heavy weights. for example, If I'm doing a BB shoulder press with 150 lb, not that buff right? because the BB is rest on the rack. but try to imaging to *start* the DB or KB shoulder press with 75 lb on each side from ground. a lot of guys will consume most of their energy during picking them up from ground and pose
lol. I’ve been barbell military pressing for years and have gone from 65 lbs when I started to 150 now. So yeah I don’t think I’ll be taking advice from guys who hardly look like they train shoulders.
That’s why you both have small shoulders this is one of the best exercises for building bulky shoulders. Keep your form good don’t overdo weight. Don’t listen to these pencil neck guys

Need a good alternative to these that doesnt put downward pressure on the spine. Anyone?
You can also use a multi grip neutral BB.
Great episode as always guys! I personally love the Barbel OH Press, but will give the Kettlebell one a try as well.
