My grandparents are from Germany. My grandfather was a engineer at Opel and my grandmother's family own a couple of Opel dealerships. To celebrate their 50th anniversary they decided to tour the United States by car. They purchased a nearly identical version of this car. The funny thing is they intended to purchase a Kadett! we had an old VW van when I was a kid. Something broke on it with the ignition, so my dad rigged it somehow with a light switch. Had to make sure it was shut off or would kill the battery or burn something up. I'm not a mechanic, so not sure, but when I saw that light switch it immediately brought back memories of my dad's "poor man's" mechanic work.
I love your videos. I'm sick of the news and politics. I get off work and just watch you. I enjoy it and makes my life simple and enjoyable
I was laughing so hard at you talking to the camera with your hand from under the car 29:49

My personal favorite: "Little bit of vacuum cleaner leak."
