AT&T used this phone as a SIM card holder. I didn't understand why it was so undervalued to the point where it's a SIM card holder. So even though the real deal, the 5 iPhone 12's I was getting, I just left there cause I wanted to see what the Samsungs that were so underrated by everyone was all about. It was actually fair so I set it up as a spare for my iPhone. I gotta say, why's it so underrated? Its one of the best budget handsets I've seen.
I've been using a12 since last year February and i wish i hadn't bought it, I'm a gamer but i don't make a lot of money (I'm 16) so with some help i got the a12 and when i initially got it it there was zero complaints, everything worked perfectly for about 3 months then games started lagging, after another month i had to stop playing codm asphalt and other big games, i even tried apex legends mobile when it came out but same lag. But all that was last year, now not even only games lag, everything about it lags, swiping up to unlock it (because the fingerprint sensor stopped responding) lags, pulling down the notifications lags, it lags when i press recents, it lags before it displays the keypad whenever i have to type, super frustrating, and the flashlight drains the battery so fast for some reason, oh and right from when i bought it it get hot very easily i won't recommend this phone especially if you're a gamer, doesn't feel at all like 4gb ram phone, I'm trying to buy the poco x3 or x4 rn. maybe I'm just a heavy user idk but buying this phone was one of the biggest mistakes of my life 😔

Has I’ve used iPhones for the last 4 years I wanted to upgrade from my iPhone 8 has it dosnt look has modern has the new phone that are out now. I was going to get the iPhone 12. But came across this Samsung A12 for the fraction of the price and has the modern look aswell so I’m very satisfied. I’m just waiting for it to come happy days
Someone in my family had a phone they thought it was broke so they bought a new one a'd it was the a12 thenn they found out the phone wasn't broken but it was just the glass so they went to fix it and they gave there Samsung a12 to me I still didn't work on it but I'm real excited to try it out!!! And really I was in need for a new phone + the a12 isn't even that expensive a good phone for a good price very recommended
Guys this is Samsung A12. Dont compare it with other cheap phones. They may be offering more but this Samsung A12 will get 4 years of security updates plus Android 12 update as well.
Well it's a good phone in its price BUT.... I have done a side by side comparison with a year old realme 6 and realme 6 is a lot better in performance and the camera is kinda same..
Buy the Oukitel C21. I was going to buy the A12 but the Oukitel has much better performance , higher resolution display and super slim bezels and all sensors

The wifi on it is awful for some things like xbox remote play by not having 5ghz and my current one i am using had to be factory reset because it got really slow and my brothers is awfully slow, perhaps we got bad ones tho because everything else has been great

I purchased a new A12 and there's no ear buds in the box. Buy from a carrier other than Cspire they remove ear buds and also cases and screen protectors that come on their other devices as well. Metro does this to. Then they charge people a rediculas amount for the accessories. Rip off
Before buying the A12 you need to know that even with anamations turned off it is very slow claims 3g RAM but I have other 3g RAM devices that are twice as fast with animations set on .5.

Very laggy and slow straight out of the box new. Get any Moto,Xiaomi,Revvl or Alcatel all these are faster and cheaper with much less bloatware
