The interior design aesthetic, the destigmatization of cannabis, and the healthy/fun work (from home) environment was an absolute delight. Seth Rogen and and AD, hats off.
I swear his laugh gets me every single time lol. But on a more important note that ash tray collection is wicked. All the different color combinations, sizes and textures are super cool. Also the fact that he makes his own ceramic pieces is awesome. It makes me miss doing ceramics and creating pottery.
While at first disappointed in the lack of actual houseplants, by the end of the video I found myself smiling and remembering that Seth Rogan is a precious angel from heaven.
I appreciate so much him talking about clean-ability. It’s something industrial designers either do really well or really badly. Or the person creating items didn’t go to school for it and just doesn’t understand and that’s incredibly frustrating. I feel like there’s an enormous problem of people who design not actually talking to the people that are going to use the item, not asking what they want and need, and then are surprised when people don’t love it. So anyways, mad respect.

Plug in block lighter owner here and I f-ing love it. Definitely a conversation piece as well as a cool lighter since everyone that comes over geeks out over it. Ironically, Houseplant can be hard to find at many dispensaries here in LA, but I highly suggest picking some up if you come across their goods. Amazing, high quality stuff. 👍🏽
After reading Seth’s book and learning about his lifelong friendship with Evan Goldberg, seeing them go into so many ventures together really warms my heart!

Wow I like this a lot. Exterior of the house is cute and cozy. Paint choices and accent colors were spot on for a working/gathering location. No over of the top fancy furniture that shouts "i'm a celebrity so I have to use overpriced designer pieces".

This was a fun segment and a departure from many of the others. Nice to see Houseplant concept (wasn’t aware of it until now) and to see the place and people that inspire it.
Well, yeah... He says here that they also have regular office space as well. I imagine this is more like a combo of his personal office, a showroom for investors, and an inspiring meeting place for the Creative Team... Who then probably head back to more standard offices in another building.

I watch 80-90% of videos at 1.25-1.75 speed and I rarely feel that it is too fast (and English is not even my first language). I understand that people can't speak so fast (especially if they speak freely, not reading, they need time to put their thoughts into words), but I just don't have the patience to watch videos at normal speed (this way I can watch more videos in the same amount of time).

Seth should collab with RAW. That guy is so positive and passionate about his products. He will make all the products he wants or people ask for even if they don't sell much. He's so in love with his job. I think both of them together they could bring some amazing products.

This was a fun segment and a departure from many of the others. Nice to see Houseplant concept (wasn’t aware of it until now) and to see the place and people that inspire it.
Way cooler than our Canadian houseplant offices were... but Seth was a fun boss.
Well, yeah... He says here that they also have regular office space as well. I imagine this is more like a combo of his personal office, a showroom for investors, and an inspiring meeting place for the Creative Team... Who then probably head back to more standard offices in another building.

I loved every bit of this walkthrough. Seth’s laugh will never cease to be the most contagious. I wonder how livid he'd get to own so many ashtrays and still see a piece of ash on the floor after a night of hosting guests :')

I watch 80-90% of videos at 1.25-1.75 speed and I rarely feel that it is too fast (and English is not even my first language). I understand that people can't speak so fast (especially if they speak freely, not reading, they need time to put their thoughts into words), but I just don't have the patience to watch videos at normal speed (this way I can watch more videos in the same amount of time).
