Didn’t know this guy, I’m an interior design junkie and not really into cooking, but I’m going to go find his channel and subscribe right after posting this comment. LOVE the credit he gave to his designer and the happiness he shared with us in having his first home and his dream rooms. Naturally, he spent WAY more time talking about his 3(!) kitchens and appliances than in showing furniture, but I don’t care. His humor, charm, and honesty won the day. It was absolutely wonderful that he thanked his fans for helping him to achieve his dreams, I’ve watched a lot of celebrity home design TH-cam videos and I’ve never seen anyone do that! AD, this is one of your best home tours. In the tradition of restaurant reviews, I’m giving it 4 stars. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

@@IjeomaThePlantMama Still, expensive as hell. The average market rate for a townhouse like this is slightly upwards of 1mil. A good deal might’ve been $700,000, but that’s still more expensive than most people can afford.
